Hearing a language I don't understand has always brought me the best tingles. I hypothesize this is because it's harder for my brain to get distracted by making connections to a word and having the brain thing about random things.
I have the same hypothesis but with a little extra. I also think there's something about hearing something you don't hear all the time. If English is your first language, your brain is sorta wired to expect certain sounds. But with a language one doesn't hear every day, I feel like the unexpected sounds work similar to sounds like shoop and sk and tch (sounds we don't really hear in everyday conversation) Idk if that made sense but I've thought about this a lot and I wanted to share my own theory 😅
Fabulous Divinity as always, your English voice is excellent. As an Englishman, I thought you were a cross between American and Australian in accent. That isn't an insult at all just variance in pronunciation as a native speaker. Love your ASMR channel BTW.xx
In the Impressum you can see that she lives in Baden Württemberg in South west Germany. Well she could just have the company there but why having it it in a completely different part of the country
Foreign language ASMR has always been relaxing to me, even though I pretty much have no idea what's being said. Your German-language channel is a treasure trove!
Actually, I do sometimes prefer listening to ASMR in languages I do NOT understand! Specifically for that reason 😃, yes. I listen to the melody of a language... I don't know, I find it very soothing and relaxing 😌❤
I love how you have a bit of an Australian/British accent when you speak English, it’s so unique! I bet when you learned English in school your teacher was from either Australia or England and that’s why you have adopted the accent somewhat?
It's been a while since I felt my head tingling with ASMR. I'm pretty sure this girl does really good ASMR. Lighting, background, trick choice and much more. Really cool and professional.Doch! Bye 🇮🇹
I speak english and french and understand italian more than i can speak and you pronounced the words very well, this was such a tingly and adorable video❤
It’s always weird to me because when I learned Spanish in school, it was extremely difficult and I didn’t learn much except for basic words like “Por favor” and “Gracias” but when I learned German in high school, I loved it and I swear I learned way more and was able to speak actual sentences in German. It’s fun to learn a new language, sometimes because English is boring. It’s just difficult.
My conversational French isn't that strong either lol. Reading and writing are my strong suits, but if I keep at it I know I'll understand it in time. You too! 😊
It's my Birthday! 🥳🎉 Since so many are showering Divi with compliments, I guess I'll join in. 😅 Besides being brilliant in ASMR, Divi is the very picture of adorable, and has the cutest thought processes! I love it when she smiles, especially when she laughs and krinkles her nose! Divi, please don't worry too much about what others think, and do your best to be the kindest person in the world to yourself. You deserve it! Pitte Schön! ❤
Cheers from Belgium, I can speak french and english, I learned a bit of german at school but don't remember anything ahah 😂 Btw I love your videos, keep it up good looking 😊
german is a nice language for making asmr. Ich bin nicht sehr stark in deutsche sprache deshalb verschtande ich dass französe lernen ist schwer! keine sorge, du bist geil!
I have friends in Norway teaching me Norwegian by just switching from English without warning when we talk and expecting me to follow along or lose track of the conversation 😂 I like learning German through ASMR much better 👌😌✨️
Hola? Hola! The language has an intriguing way to make us self-conscious about our ability to communicate through to others. Still, it is a courageous gift to bridge that feeling of foreign and approach others where we might feel lacking ourselves. To me, laughing at someone who is trying to learn a new language would be discouraging, I didn't like that part. Still, thank you for showing us these linguistic gifts, I did feel the happy hormones with you Divi! Gute Nacht!
German and English are gutteral languge's as compared to Spanish or French. I learned Spanish while living in South America & could understand more of what was said BUT, when it was my time to speak it I struggled. Your English Divi is excellent, but yeah a second language will always be so.
Trying to learn English language when you come from a different country and you speak in only your own native tongue is one of the hardest languages to learn and speak. I think there's a rating scale for each individual language in the world and it bases the difficulty level in the range of 1 to 5. 1 being the easiest and 5 being the hardest. Learning to understand and speak English when you don't speak that language is rated at a 5 and so is Russian. Many other languages that are very hard to learn as well. I believe you spent that long learning it because of the high difficulty of understanding it and being able to speak it and know what your saying to other people.
I love how off the cuff this is😊 I'm learning German currently, and I am in love with the language but increasingly wanting to scream into the void🫠 so many rules are VERY consistent then, out of nowhere, you have to throw out the rulebook for a single sentence. Also, I've found myself muttering "Apfelstrudel" for no reason on numerous occasions 😅
You have a lot of French in your community that enjoy your ASMR and enjoyed your French tonight! ❤❤ Merci 🫶🏻
I like how she casually interspersed asmr all through this ramble - very complimentary ☺

Before I found out she spoke German, I thought she was Australian too. Lol 🙃
You're both right, she explained in a previous video that her English teacher was Australian. 🥳
She is German. Lives in Germany, actual German. She started her ASMR career on her original channel, in German. So. ASMR_Divinity_DE. Check it out.
@@NormanFogg oh, wow! That makes total sense!
@@NormanFoggAs an Australian, I was convinced she was from here until now.
You speak English more clearly than half the Americans I know. I love your deutsch,
You love her deutsch? Well, she is German 🤷♀️

Second comment. I always love how organic these are. You have no idea how much of a privilege it is to listen to these. Spontaneity is priceless.
I absolutely love listening to you whisper, my new go to for sleep.
The little of french you managed to say was pretty good!
And the accent was really cute, i did not expected that !

Your "buonasera" and "grazie" are very good! 😆Vielen Dank aus Italien, Divi!
Thanks Divi, amazing relaxation...
Comparing how the teen numbers are spoken to the 20s, 30s and so on finally made sense to me. 🙏 thank you so much
Even though i speak german, the way you used those some words as triggers was really pleasant. And i feel the language cringing haha
Ich liebe es, meine Muttersprache von Ihnen zu hören, Divi!
Aber warum dann „ihnen“? Es ist ja nichts formales hier, da benutzen wir doch einfach „dir“

You sound American/Australian.
She had a video explaining it, idk which one but she basically practiced the accents for most of her life and they stuck, have a good one🙏
You said 'one for you,' but then you gave me 5 boops, which wasn't the original deal. I'm keeping them.
Hey, French here... You don't know what French are doing with their language? Don't worry, they don't either! 😂
You have learned German for 27 years?! I tought you were 25 years old

I like ASMR. But the moment I heard German the only thing that came to mind was Erika. Auf der Heide blüht ein kleines Blümelein
Und das heißt Erika
