I actually love the clipped humming and reading. Long full song humming and full poem reading are not as sleep inducing as chopped up for some reason. And chopped up feels more fast pace and relaxing and tingly❤ Also, Jasmin tea （just the buds) doesn’t contain caffeine, like normal herbal tea :) it’s Jasmin with green tea that has caffeine, which is more standard as Jasmin tea sold on the market (at least in the US) 😂
