Sir please kindly explain why do we write "For the year ended" for Trading and P/L a/c and "As on Date" for Balance Sheet
Trading & P/L a/c are made for a particular financial year.
Whereas, Balance Sheet shows the position of a company from its 1st financial year
Trading and profit & loss are account (a/c) and balance is a statement not a a/c for every a/c we write it.
