અમેરિકામાં દસ્તાવેજ વગર રહેતા અને પાછા મોકલેલા ભારતીયોમાં 33 જેટલા ગુજરાતીઓ હોવાના અહેવાલ પણ છે. USAથી ડિપૉર્ટ કરાયેલા આ તમામ ગુજરાતીઓને એક વિમાન મારફતે અમદાવાદ લાવવામાં આવ્યા છે. આ લોકોને તેમના વતન પહોંચાડવા માટે ગુજરાત સરકારે વ્યવસ્થા કરી છે.
અગાઉ અમેરિકામાં 'ગેરકાયદેસર' રહેતા ભારતીયોને લઈને અમેરિકી સેનાનું એક વિમાન બુધવારના રોજ અમૃતસરના ગુરુ રવિદાસ આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય ઍરપૉર્ટ પર આવી પહોંચ્યું હતું.
અમૃતસર પહોંચેલા ભારતીયોનો ચોક્કસ આંકડો સામે નથી આવ્યો પણ મીડિયા રિપોર્ટ પ્રમાણે આ સંખ્યા 100થી વધુ છે.
ટ્રમ્પે બીજી વાર સત્તા સાંભળ્યા બાદ ત્યાં રહેતા ભારતીયોને દેશનિકાલ કરવાની પહેલી ઘટના છે.
ભારત સહિત અમેરિકાથી બ્રાઝિલ, ગ્લાટેમાલા, પેરુ અને હૉન્ડુરસના લોકોને પણ સેનાના વિમાનથી મોકલાયા છે.
સેનાના વિમાનથી ગેરકાયદે પ્રવાસીઓને તેમના દેશમાં મોકલવાના નિર્ણયની ટીકા પણ થઈ છે.
ડોનાલ્ડ ટ્રમ્પે જ્યારે કોલંબિયાના ગેરકાયદે પ્રવાસીઓને અમેરિકન સેનાના વિમાનથી તેમના દેશ પાછા મોકલવાની જાહેરાત કરી ત્યારે કોલંબિયાના રાષ્ટ્રપતિ ગુસ્તાવો પેડ્રોએ વિરોધ કર્યો હતો.
તેમણે કહ્યું કે તેઓ પોતાના નાગરિકોની 'ગરિમા' જાળવવા માગે છે. ત્યાર બાદ કોલંબિયા વાયુસેનાનાં બે વિમાનો અમેરિકા ગયાં અને 'ગેરકાયદે' પ્રવાસીઓને લઈને રાજધાની બોગોટા પાછાં આવ્યાં.

There are so manh Reasons for fear
Amongst the list of Reason most Important is
1. Who in the Law System could guide for immigrants by various Need laid by System, Same may surface out.
2. How Security system would find out Breached immigration rules in past and availed citizenship.
3. Who would raise its head and Blackmail as Helped in past for Immigration.
4. Which all ways would be identified by security system of US and reach to all availed citizenship.
A wrong step of PAST FOR CITIZENSHIP ALWAYS REMAINS ALIVE TILL ALL WHO HELPED DOES NOT HAVE TRACE OF WHEREABOUT.
