But, "You need take thought for nothing, careless of everything except the only purpose that you would fulfill." Hold the purpose of forgiveness and everything else is given. "It cannot be that it is hard to do the task that Christ appointed you to do, since it is He Who does it." Let go of being the doer. Be done through; be open to be shown. Your intuitive trust in Spirit is what leads you to awakening.

Yes, oh, happy day! This is excellent teaching. As one who has worked hard all my life and achieved goal after goal, how liberating to know that the call is to rest, to trust, and “to let go and let God.” Resting, trusting, and surrendering results in daily miracles that are effortless as though a path is cleared, strewn with gifts to simply receive. Thank you for noting what can be a problem with ACIM: it is “wordy” with specific tasks/assignments that can seem like hoops to jump through in order to do it “right.” We workaholics need to tread gently and go slowly with the course. It is only a pointer to Love, Presence, Light and can help us remove blocks, but the Holy Spirit is our guide. Thank you. Blessings. 🙏
