The manner in which my posture was addressed was a first for me. Thank you. ASMR effectively helps the sensations and experience stay with me for some time (like a reference point in my autonomous memory). The Bungalow cats are really getting in on the ASMR.

i knew exactly what you were referring to with all the posture advice on slight abdominal engagement, tucking in your bum, and rolling the shoulders back; i use those same cues to sit/standup straight. receiving all that info in the context of a professional "assessment" made this extra immersive for me. and i'm not surprised at all that you'd have such accurate/useful/valuable info in your video. knocked this one out of the park, as usual. looking forward to my next appointment!
