Fallout 4: Oberland Station Settlement Build (WIP)

Just wanted to share one of my favorite settlements in Fallout 4. Still a work in progress but I'm slowly getting there.
Apologies for the quick and sudden movements. I have no patience lol.

Very nicely put together mate, it flows well. My only bugbear is the grass growing through the bottom of one of the rooms. That annoys me haha why can't we cut the flipping grass?

Does it crash a lot cos there's a lot of stuff in a pretty small area

Mainly using Fallout HD overhaul, Grasslands, Luxor's summer, Autumn Overhaul, and a custom ENB.
