Yes not a requirement by the visa unit. But my school has put it among the documents I need to submit and this is almost making me to stop the payment of my tuition. I am making my full tuition payment and three months accommodation payment to my school.
Tell Global College to refund my friends school fees since he was not given Visa by the Maltese Embassy. This is totally embarrassing and doesn't speak well of the school.His life has been put on hold since this issue and the school keeps dillydally on this issues.

How can? Im even trying to make sense of it... How do they expect you to print in euros and naira when our currency is naira.

I am not sure that is possible, our currency is Naira so why should you be told to print your POF in Euros

What are the reasons for the visa refusal
Do they have a refund policy? This is one thing to always look out for in schools before applying
