Ingredients List:
Lamb Marinade:
6 Lamb Chops
1 tsp Schwartz Lamb Seasoning
1/2 tsp All Purpose Seasoning
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp Paprika
3/4 tsp Garlic Granules
1/4 tsp Dried Rosemary
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp Ground Pimento
For The Gravy:
1 tsp Chopped Garlic
1 Chopped Spring Onions
1/4 Red, Green & Yellow Pepper
1/4 tsp Chopped Scotch Bonnet
1 & 1/2 tbsp Ketchup
1 Tomato (Chopped)
2 tsp Cornflour (Mixed with 3 tbsp Cold Water)
1 Beef or Lamb Stock Cube
2 tbsp Maggi Liquid Seasoning
Bunch of Fresh Thyme
1/2 a Small Onion
1 tsp Browning
1 Carrot (Chopped)
Total Cooking Time: 1 hr - 1hr 15 mins
