Really enjoying this little series of videos, one small suggestion would be to have the foot spray for the face on the on course drives, less pressure on Mark to diagnose his strike then and takes the guesswork out of the comparisons.
James...love your content. As a high handicap golfer (18.5 index), seeing the stats for Mark is much more useful than yours 😉 Based on the performance chart you showed @9:40, it looks like Mark hit mostly fade/push with the Paradym, but the dispersion was pretty good.
You are sooooo right. So many are asking, "should I change my driver this year?"... or, other clubs in our bags. Usually not the irons, it is mostly the driver, woods and hybrids. Great content James, thank you so much!!
This video is pretty much me right now. Mid handicapper, always gone with Ping and had my trusty driver for years. Been itching to potentially get a new one and have been researching other makes and models which might give me longer hits and are more forgiving. Great video and really helpful for us less gifted golfers! The Callaway just made my shortlist, looks impressive.
You guys have done a great job of testing out these new drivers. Although there is no way on earth I would spend that much money for one I love seeing what is out there and how they perform for not just the good players but for us mid-handicappers as well. Thanks for all your work on this.
having a fitting tuesday my fav 2 is the paradym and ping but not keeping anything out ,just love the look of the paradym cant wait love all your content
James…..love your content and I especially like it when you spotlight a higher handicap player in these tests / reviews because I can relate more to the outcomes. I currently play with a very old set of Calloways that I bought back in the mid 90’s. I think I might be due for something new and the Paradym is gettting my juices flowing.
Good job Mark! Now the question has naturally shifted to has Mark game improved to the point that new irons & wedges are in order. To his pro, good job. Y’all have a good weekend.
Really looking forward to trying out this club. Always played Callaway drivers, but haven’t loved anything as much as the original Epic. Hoping the Paradym can rival its older brother!
At 51 years old I have achieved my pb with the triple diamond in ball speed 168 , carry 284 , and total of 312 . I have been extremely impressed with the paradym and this coming from someone who has been playing 25 years and have never gamed a callaway driver.
I’ve certainly seen a change in my game as I’ve changed manufacturers always been taylormade I’m now titleist and loving then it’s certainly given me more interest in the game
I love the looks, sound and performance of the Paradym. I can live with the name, but sadly, not the price. One to look for in a couple of years maybe....
Seeing the numbers from the studio Mark definitely got the best stats with the Paradym, and that showed on the course. Based on the studio numbers I would have turned down the loft by 1*, and that would have made the numbers even more optimal (bringing his spin below 3000, and lower the launch slightly), and then he would have probably seen even more distance.
Great video and glad to see Mark back. His swing is so much better. Your gonna need a new mid-handicapper soon as he's going to play his way to a low handicap. I'm looking forward to trying the Paradym.
I’m excited to demo the new Callaway Paradym drivers.Until I got my Epic MaxLS I had always played Titelist Cobra or Taylor Made, but now it’s loos like Callaway has stepped it up
I wouldn't mind seeing how Mark's handicap and scores have tracked since you've been working together... Seems to me like he is building a very nice swing.
Loving the review and having Mark back on the channel What we really need is an 18 hole match, you and Mark Vs Chris and Dave. Make it happen this summer please! 🤞🏌️💪⛳
I would love to see you in all your videos tell us which club and why for your shots after the tee shot. It would give golfers some insight on you course management skills. Keep up the great content
I will never understand why the "likes" are only ever a fraction of the views and number of subscribers. It is the simplest thing you can all do to support your favourite creators. I automatically "like" practically all of Robbo's, Chris', etc. Not because I am a mindless fanboy, but because it triggers positive YT consequences and helps grow the channel...
"Its a bit of a Maverick" "You cant say that"😅 Think Mark meant its a belter but forgot the Maverick Driver Nice vid. Would love to try one of them. Would mop up my Ping G5 driver🤗
I’ve been playing the Taylor made sim 2 since it was new an I’m a 5 handicap, I’m really thinking about trying this new driver! The reviews seem pretty good on it! I just don’t know if I should try the x or the triple diamond, the clubs aren’t available in Canada yet
Always like your videos but need to be careful looking at stats. In this example Calllaway does look like the lowest spin, but standard deviation figures against Ping G430 means you can’t say definitely that one is lower than the other as they overlap. Issue for me is cost seems ridiculous. It’s more expensive than the annual membership for some clubs, so for the average golfer starting out it’s probably better to buy an older model from a reputable company like GolfClubs4Cash and spend the rest on a membership or season ticket.
Hmm, the green fee for my home course is about $30.00 (US). This new driver is about $600.00, so by not spending the 600 on the new driver, I can play 20 rounds of golf with my older driver which sends the ball as far as needed. What are manufacturers thinking?
Have to agree with the others here - the swing is so much better. Would be hard for me to justify the costs of the Paradym (or any of the new drivers) to get 8 more yards carry and 10 more with roll vs his current driver. What was also eye-opening is the G410 vs the G430 are basically the same end results. If he could pull the spin down with the G410 somehow he'd be just as long with it as any of them. If it was only that easy!
That could be said for all of them. None of those numbers were optimised by any stretch of the imagination. If he got that paradym optimised for launch and spin, his distance would go up another 8-10 yards. No way the g410 keeps up with the paradym! Period.
Another driver where all the studio stats are about length, not dispersion (re forgiveness)... surely with a mid-handicapper dispersion is far more important than + or - 10 yards..
Is there a give a way on Mr. Robinsons sight or is it a total scam…I saw in a video he posted about winning items but the this sight and that one seem different!
Don’t just believe the hype, test for yourself. The Paradym may well be an improvement for you but it certainly wasn’t for me (senior golfer with a slow swing speed) I recently tested my current gamer agains the Paradym, the G430 and the stealth 2. Not a one of them was a single inch longer that my 5 year old driver. And before anyone has a rant over my statement I totally accept that for many (probably with a faster swing than me) it may well be the greatest thing since sliced bread, but for heaven’s sake get a proper testing before you fork out the totally ridiculous prices being asked for this year’s crop.
Why would you have the Stealth 2 HD high launch, high spin driver in that comparison? Of course it will be down on ball speed, carry and total distance against the other drivers. Let’s make it a fair test please!
People cannot expect better quality and performance with each new release then expect to pay less money! That isn't how shit works! Golf is expensive! It always has been and it always will be. If you want cheaper clubs buy used. Or wait for the newest model to launch and then buy the previous model. Hobbies are expensive if you want to use the best premium equipment. Cars, fishing, shooting, hunting, biking. All of it costs money.
@@codycook3382 I agree. My statement lies in the fact that drivers at least should go the way of Ping. Release ONE every 2 years. Drives the market to buy and more incentive than utter minutiae of improvements year to year.
Just a FYI... Forged carbon is weaker than woven carbon, but it is WAAAY prettier. With woven carbon, the long strands of fiber provide more tensile strength, where as the chopped up random fibers in the forged stuff doesn't provide as much.
The Paradym is so good that it has a 'soul' rather than a 'sole'! 🔥
Marks swing looks so much better than before and it’s obvious in the results. Spend money on lessons and then get fit to improve. Well done Mark!
Couldn't have said it better. James absolutely interacts with him more as an advanced student/peer. Good stuff!!
I was noticing the same thing. Much better and more consistent move less arms-first and more rotation that sling the arms through.
You are sooooo right. So many are asking, "should I change my driver this year?"... or, other clubs in our bags. Usually not the irons, it is mostly the driver, woods and hybrids. Great content James, thank you so much!!
Morning from Bama! Mid handicap Mark is fun to watch simply bc I can really compare my swing to him. This new Callaway is def a winner!
I just bought the Calloway RT last year, but all of the videos I have watched on the paradym have been extremely impressive.
Enjoy watching Mid handicap Mark. Can see some of my swings in his. The Callaway Paradym driver looks really nice...
You guys have done a great job of testing out these new drivers. Although there is no way on earth I would spend that much money for one I love seeing what is out there and how they perform for not just the good players but for us mid-handicappers as well. Thanks for all your work on this.
I've never understood using a tee "finder". I mean, i have a bag full of tees and i'm really not afraid of losing one here & there. 🙃
So good to have Mark back on the channel!
having a fitting tuesday my fav 2 is the paradym and ping but not keeping anything out ,just love the look of the paradym cant wait love all your content
I think we are all wondering where Foxy is???? I miss him.

Getting a free fitting Sunday at golf galaxy for this club. Can't wait.
I have a Mavrik and recently an Epic Speed, but this could be the best thing since the ERC 2
Good job Mark! Now the question has naturally shifted to has Mark game improved to the point that new irons & wedges are in order. To his pro, good job. Y’all have a good weekend.
Fitting sat for me,bring me that paradym 👍😛,think it's the driver of the year by reveiws 👍⛳
My numbers and swing changes are very similar to Mark so, this review is so gOod for me 👍🏼 might have to book in the Paradym fitting
Another great video for mid handicap players!
Really looking forward to trying out this club. Always played Callaway drivers, but haven’t loved anything as much as the original Epic. Hoping the Paradym can rival its older brother!

James, drivers are on my wish list can't wait try a few, Calloway really peaks my interest. Keep the videos coming.
I’ve certainly seen a change in my game as I’ve changed manufacturers always been taylormade I’m now titleist and loving then it’s certainly given me more interest in the game

Love these style of videos as I am a mid-handicapper (14) and definitely looking for a new driver. Irons and wedges next?
I love the look of this bat🤯🏴
I’m excited to demo the new Callaway Paradym drivers.Until I got my Epic MaxLS I had always played Titelist Cobra or Taylor Made, but now it’s loos like Callaway has stepped it up
I wouldn't mind seeing how Mark's handicap and scores have tracked since you've been working together...
Seems to me like he is building a very nice swing.
The Paradym is beautiful - wondering how it compares directly against the G430 and the Mizuno 230s.
Loving the review and having Mark back on the channel
What we really need is an 18 hole match, you and Mark Vs Chris and Dave. Make it happen this summer please! 🤞🏌️💪⛳
Another fantastic review by Mark and the callaway driver this year looks something special
Honestly all the 2023 releases are great. Just comes down to your swing and getting fitted
Great to see you Mark.
I would love to see you in all your videos tell us which club and why for your shots after the tee shot. It would give golfers some insight on you course management skills. Keep up the great content
Great work mark , very similar numbers to myself
I have the rogue ST. Im just waiting til I can go get the paradym im super pumped to go get it
That new Paradym is awesome!
Great series of driver testing
Mark smashed that driver 👏 👌 well done James
I am a TAylormade guy but this driver is real deal
Mark & Paradym, Wow! can't wait for it to arrive. Gotta go get fitted for one. Cheers
What about TSR 2? I tried that the other day and that is a beast!!! A forgiving beast
Great video. I really like your editing style to your vids to keep us hungry.

I would recommend dialing in a proper shaft fit instead of a stock off the rack shaft. Great video
Is the best looking driver in the last 5 years. Currently have the Rogue ST Max Triple Diamond LS.
Who has Mark had lesson with? Congrats Mark on your improvement. I hope it has resulted in lower scores. A great fair review of new drivers.
Great video. Titleist TSR2 may be a good fit. it is a highly underrated driver.
"Its a bit of a Maverick"
"You cant say that"😅
Think Mark meant its a belter but forgot the Maverick Driver
Nice vid. Would love to try one of them. Would mop up my Ping G5 driver🤗

Mizuno running bird spotted lol great watch guys
The blue crown of the paradym is a sexy thing.
Currently gaming a PXG, but this Paradym is niiiiice looking club. Im seriously considering it.
I game PXG driver, woods and hybrid as well. Love PXG

Wish you would compare the TSR2 and the Paradymn
Well that was quite a ringing endorsement.
I was so transfixed by what Mark was teeing up with I forgot this was a driver review 🤣
That is an interesting tee keeping tool
I woke up this morning to a -41° C wind chill. Kinda nice to look at someplace green on RUclips lol
Paradym for the win! 🤑
What shaft was Mark using testing the Paradym?
Ol Mark hits a nice driver. Very consistent.
Hmm, the green fee for my home course is about $30.00 (US). This new driver is about $600.00, so by not spending the 600 on the new driver, I can play 20 rounds of golf with my older driver which sends the ball as far as needed. What are manufacturers thinking?
would the TSR2 run it close, with the claims for consistent speed all across the face

Mark looking very flexible on his backswing and making a nice turn. Is his working out? If so it seems to be working for him.
Was wondering which shaft Mark was using?
The more I watch this new callaway driver the more I want to go get fitted on the next callaway demo.
The new mizuno is getting very good reviews 👍
Love marks testing
The Paradym looks very interesting. I hope I win one!
Love the callaway
Put it up against the the stealth and g430. The g430 came off better for me but looks great 👍
Mark is swinging like a young man.
Great video as always........please lose the music at the start though. It's too loud and I can't hear you until it stops
Another driver where all the studio stats are about length, not dispersion (re forgiveness)... surely with a mid-handicapper dispersion is far more important than + or - 10 yards..
Just switched back from the Ai smoke triple to last years paradym it’s so much better honestly
I have a G410 driver and it’s staying in the bag
Which is better. HZRDUS Gen 4 black or silver.
whats the stock shaft for this driver?
Pheasant photo bomb…priceless
can you test the new Srixon Drivers please
With marks swing. He won't be mid handicap any longer. Keep up the great work
Is there a give a way on Mr. Robinsons sight or is it a total scam…I saw in a video he posted about winning items but the this sight and that one seem different!

Has Mark hit the Mizuno and Cobra drivers, James ?
Did mark try the triple diamond 🤔
Why would you have the Stealth 2 HD high launch, high spin driver in that comparison? Of course it will be down on ball speed, carry and total distance against the other drivers. Let’s make it a fair test please!
What is Mark’s swing speed?
Paradym may have this year wrapped up. It's nice to have rotation in the best clubs of the year, but can we get a price break?!

I think I may have pulled the trigger too fast in purchasing my Rogue.
Mark's swing has a great tempo with power. You two in a match?
Why not include the TSR series in the comparison
Were you using the same shaft in all these tests? 🧐
Just a FYI... Forged carbon is weaker than woven carbon, but it is WAAAY prettier.

Smooooth 😊
Not critiquing by no means, have you noticed the sound James has been really low ? Or is it just me
