Hey mate, I absolutely love your vids. I was just wondering, if it's not a problem, how much extra content have you had to buy to compete in the Ferrari Cup?
Thanks Robert 😊. Well I have built up the content over many seasons, so other then the Ferrari itself I only had to purchase 1 track to compete in all 12 weeks of this season. iRacing itself set the schedule for this series, it looks like they keep 5 weeks at base content tracks. As there are 4 drop weeks, you only need to do 8 weeks to actual complete a season. Assuming you are starting from nothing, that would mean you have to buy 3 tracks, plus the Ferrari to complete a season. Hope that helps.
Still a decent result. It was the water mate, staying hydrated. 3rd is better than last, probably would have connected if you went tight to the kerb. You even called the move @ 2:42 haha
Seen that move result in an incident so may times. I was just in that racers mentality that cause I have this position I should keep it, but it doesn’t work like that. You are very right, with that SOF before Q I would have taken a 3rd place finish everyday.
I'm going to run a different full season to the Clio next season & the Ferrari Challenge is my favourite choice at the moment. (although the Clio seems to be the only car I'm competitive in..!!).
Go for it Neil. It’s a very popular series so will always find competition. We can compete again in the standings 😆. Standards aren’t to bad in the higher splits. I do feel like trying the Clio next season, depends what happens with the new build. Also it doesn’t get the views compared to everything else.
@@eXtricRacing I'm not after being a "RUclips sensation" 😁😁so not bothered about the views, but it would be nice to compete in a popular series, the Clio does struggle a bit sometimes to get the attendance.
Haha 😂 no that was more of a comment on my thinking as to whether I will run the Clio. Was just reading, that the Ferrari will be one of the first cars to get the new weather system, so that might be another reason for you, if you want to try that when it arrives.

@@eXtricRacing Wow thanks for the help my friend keep up the good work!
I thought you were losing the front at the end. But it was a nice race.
Just subscribed. ✌🏻
Yes I think you are right. Cooked the fronts I guess.
Thanks mate and thanks for the sub 😁
Fab haul of points in week 12!! 🎉
Yeah surprised me me 😮
Good race, not easy to keep out of trouble in this series.
Thanks John, yeah a SR gain is always a nice bonus .

@@eXtricRacing funny how our expectations change before, during and after a race!
It is very funny 😆. Not just they change but how much they change 😂

@@eXtricRacing I shall be the Jenson Button in changing conditions of the Ferrari Challenge 😂
@@simracer-65 Awesome, I'll be asking you for help then 😆
The engine noise is still way too loud. I could hear you speaking, but couldn't tell what you were saying.
Good race, though.
Thanks Russ and my apologies. I have turned it down on the recording settings again.
