Bro hatts off to the players ..I don't even a single shot about billiards buts it's look like very dangerous....And pankaj advani is the king of billards ...
Some abominable missed chances from both players that shots they would never get wrong, but good to see pressure not just in tyres it's on the felt too
That would tell u by the results Pankaj is but snooker is completely different than billiards, you need to watch jimmy again the guy in Oz.. four different cue sports and the great JW show how extremely hard game to play billiards, excuse I can't recollects the Australian guy Steve something but worthy of watching imo
I don't know what other people have against watching billiards on TV as think this is brilliant it is just a pity the only place I can get to watch it is youtube
Billiards has no money. The players get rewards of 5000 or 10000 pounds forget about big time tv coverage , this game is purely for above intelligent people and the masses in general aren’t very intellectual
All these players have full time jobs. They put the time in to get good because they love it. The TV moguls think the general public won't watch this. But I believe if people watch sports like Golf, & Cricket, then they would probably watch Billiards as well - especially this 150 UP format, which only goes for 2 or 3 hours...
@@kufujitsutotally concur with all u said, but commentor are a must for the push to it get to TV audience, but there is completely worse (sports) been aired everyday for sure
@@NylonStrings83I don't believe billiards play for money, if adore something u do it for free, but the game is much more difficult lol than snooker, but very few understand this
If you've never played it, then it is not the best to watch. Once you've learned a few basic shots, it is a great game to play & interesting to see how the better players make it look so easy.
@@TheRip72 Yes very true - unless you have played a little its difficult to guess the shots - Snooker has the great advantage there - most of the time anyone can see what shot is being attempted - hence its greater popularity
4:30 great shot - played like it was easy!
12:03 foul, he pushed the yellow cue ball with the side of his cue :(
Mike Russell cheated there and that’s why he lost.

7:06 - interesting - the bags for the corner pockets are along the ends of the table rather than the sides as usual - never seen that before
Pankaj Advani, the Champ!

Foul on 99 score in opening match
Wish there was commentary...
Absolutely if to take the next step it need to have comments, that way the spectator can learn and understand and enjoy ❤
Advanis brain works very quickly in billiards. I think hes a much better billiard player than snooker actually

mike russel at 1 57 leaves cue on table and the chalk falls on the table. not the russel whom we had seen of old.
Hello sir. Nice to see your comment.
What on earth was that explosion at 5m30?!
Such a freakin boring game!
