Tony. One of the other guys on a route I do bought that unit with the motor on the head from a goodwill in Houston. He got two batteries, charger for $35. He's loving it...
Nice video Tony l have Husqvarna 520 and 325 battery both great products but both are discontinued there coming out with designated edger and trimmer 525 battery products I'm having problems getting parts l might have to switch to something else 👍
NEVER EVER NEVER EVER would I switch out my backpack blowers to battery. Well... at least for another 3+ years. The technology is not there yet for them. But... I really am taking a serious look to switching my hedge trimmers, stick edger, & string trimmer over. For the 3-5 lawns I mow before work a few days a week I think it's time to make the jump. Hoping all is well Bud, Dirty Jersey out!!! Oh.... & there was NOOO way I was gonna comment without sayin Tiggy Tiggy Tony!!!!
I've been using battery operated hedge trimmers, pole saws way before it became cool. On the backpack blowers I felt the same way, but that Kress unit has power and incredibly fast recharge times. I just need to see the cost...
I'm thinking about getting a battery powered string trimmer soon. Do you prefer them over the gas ones, as a lawn care business owner using them every day? Thanks Tony! 👍
You will probley need a few batterys to run all day i have 8 but dont always use them all throughout the day i just collect them on ebay and such when i find good deals. 1 can of mix gas per week cost 800ish bucks a year so even with many batteries it still saves money but i still like gas equipment too im not against it i own plenty of both but i do gravitate towards using battery alot cause its so nice and quiet!
I like the Milwaukee trimmers and use them at home, but wish that their battery lasted longer, great content, Tony!
Have you tryed the 12.0 milwaukee batts?
Thanks for trimming around my garden 😉 enjoyed seeing you walk the property.
