This could happen due to server issue on site. Try after some time but make sure clear you browser cache and cookies, and open the website on different Brower if possible.

No no after delete app bundle it's got a error why because app bundle it's already upload that why it's ask new version of app bundle this problem have a solution solution 1 upload a new version of app bundle version means 1.0,1.1 and1.3 solution 2:- delete app on Play Store and start again I recommend frist complete internal testing why because it's test app bundle. Solution 3:- use Android studio to convert apk or app bundle.

Application creation is free but publishing the app on play store will cost you $25 once once you have google play console account, then you can upload unlimited apps. I've revealed at the beginning of the video.
