I'm not sure about many of their past albums, but if you're interested in cool packaging, their special edition is really freakin' amazing :D really clever packaging, and the song's are great as well

Mine hasn't rusted at all and I've had it for just about three weeks now. I just keep it in the resealable plastic envelope thing it came in and it's been fine.

I've been asking around people about the metal and cardboard and the size. Basically from what most people said-"If you ordered it earlier you would get the metal also it differs from the store or site you bought it from." So yeah..... hope that helped~^^

If you wanna choose your version (big bang ver or your bias ver), you can head over to kpopmart.com. they are efficient in shipping and the albums are reasonably priced. More worth it to buy along with other albums though cos the shipping costs around 10 bucks depending on weight of package.

The shipping is kind of expensive, but you can track it, and it arrives in less then a week. The items are really cheap too. I got like 20 things for $120 plus 40 shipping. Very great :)

The cards that you get with YG albums, they're not actually 'photocards'. They're YG family membership cards that you can log into with or something like that. That's why they have these numbers or codes on the back.

I got the TOP version and i like it and the photo book is just of him and just 2 group shots which are good pictures and i really like the TOP photocard and even the cd itself is different in every one i guess cuz TOPs is like blue and green and im not a huge Big Bang fan but i do recommend ths Mini Album its great the songs the photo book and everything about it!

YG explained that the case is supposed to rust to give the album a vintage look. But I prefer it to not rust lol so just make sure to keep it out of water. For me I think I'll wrap the album in plastic when storing.

I got TOP's version from GMarket when they were having a promo, but this was when it first came out. It came with the poster for only a $1USD more, and it was free shipping. The photobook with TOP's version was ALL TOP, too, so what's different for each version is that each set is all about that one member. :)

They have both 'L' and 'R' in the same character. Whether it sounds like an 'L' or an 'R' depends on its placement within the 'letter'

@dippotyrannosaurus i got the daesung version and the photobook mostly had picture's off daesung and there were like 2 group photo's so yes you'll get a photobook off the member you chose :D

all albums have the same except three things one the cover its either one member or all of them together two the photo card that is of the member you chose and then three its the cd itself each cd of each version has different art work on it

lol every box is different. i have the T.O.P. version. the cover does have the one member, the photo card is different, the cd has T.O.P.s name one it where yours says BB, and my photobook has only his pictures and two group pictures. so yea....if you get a specific version, its ALL of that member.

I gotten all the versions of the "Alive" min-albums(gave the Taeyang and G-dragon vers. to two of my friends). And one thing I found out that is that the BigBang vers. I got didn't come with any photocard, then I thought "oh I guess the group vers doesn't come with it..... weird" Now seeing your unboxing of this vers. makes me very peeved & wondered if it was a 1 out of a million chance there was one album that wasn't set up properly and I just happened to get that one... hmmm...

it's kinda like this little card that has a photo of one of the members, like a trading card.
However, with different bands its different. Some are small like actual trading cards, while ones say like... from EXO are huge and the size of a regular, glossy, printed photo. :P

Because BigBang is older then B1A4 but BB is still on Mini albums... but B1A4 is having a full album... I dun get it o-O

I think there are two different versions to the packaging itself (other than the different member versions). There is a metal and a cardboard version.

There's Alive, which is the metal case one (the one dylan got). then there's Still Alive, the repackaged album :) so you probably got still alive :)

Well I know it wasn't still alive cuz still alive is white and has one of the members clothes on it. Mine still looked the same as Dylans except a smaller and not metal version.

I had the exact same problem! I bought mine from Kpopmart thinking I was going to get the metal case but I received a cardboard one?! All I can think of is that the metal albums were limited edition... sad times ;'(

haha 4:23 is G-Dragon ^^ and Seungri's name is pronounced SeungLee because there is no R in Korean. The R is replaced by an L sound~

I got GD! I could'nt decide which member i wanted , so I'm really Happy that i got my bias! :D But that thing that can rust, it did'nt fit good with the other thing , so it was'nt easy to take it off and it got damaged... I will never put it on again! OwO
