    They are what name suggests. Simply a progression of chords. Eg. C, F, G, C. That would be a chord progression in C Major.

      This is taking triplets and using their turns.... That might not be the right term but Im not thinkink about music in english, so... U just have A minor= A C E. Then u take C E A, which is the same but u feel the movement.
