I'd rather have a system more like the Fenrir, where he can place all his ADS and can kill alot of projectiles but can only have one or two active at a time.

A better idea imo is to the cloak be an active ability instead of a passive cloak. Hold right mouse to cloak, but when you exit it has a cooldown, and you cant stun while cloaked

I was thinking pinging gadgets visibly outlines it through walls for 3 seconds for all teammates similar to how Lions scan used to be but for gadgets or how you can see teammate outlines through walls.

For the Blackbeard i've got different idea with you, Blackbeard supposed to be operator who have advantage when rappling and punish enemy doing aggresive peek. My idea for Blackbeard is rework his rifle shield ; the rifle shield only open when you ADS and it got unique hitbox with 100 HP (if enemy shoot the center of the shield then its would be destroyed even with one bullet but if they shoot the side part then it just deal damage to the shield) My rework/balancing for other ops Amaru: Her gadget would have secondary mode and its called hold, with this mode when you shoot her gadget then it would be attached first to window/door/hatch then you have option to jump or release. If you choose release then she would cancel the jump and destroy barricade/hatch, again with this change you can fake jump or setup for surprise jump. Sledge: turn him back into 2 speed but his hammer gonna work differently. Instead got 25 hammer swing sledge hammer gonna work similar like oryx, sledge only can keep up to 3 hammer swing but it will recharge infinitely Vigil: His gadget can distorting attacker drone vision if too close with vigil (the distroting vision similar like mute jammer) Clash : Movement slow effect from her gadget based how close the enemy is (the closer they are then its gonna slow them more) Zero : argus cam turn invisible if inactive more than 3 second Bandit: bailiff for secondary weapon option so he can do site setup Thermite: breach charge for gadget option so he can open soft wall/hatch Flores : increase rc-xd movement speed Pulse : increase heart beat sensor scanner range Wamai : got 2 magnet at start of the round (instead 1 magnet)
Jager doesn’t need any changes he’s in a solid spot rn. If they give him 1.5 and shield he literally just turns into old wamai which had barely any counter play. For defense either everyone should get 1.5 or no one should unless it’s a 3 armor Chanka should get quicker swap speed and just a little more radius. IQ I like the emp nades change honestly Blackbeard uhh idek what to do with him at this point with. But if he didn’t get a grenade launcher it shouldn’t show the trajectory. It should be more skill based by actually learning it. Def keep him a 2 speed but also buff his AR. It’s objectively the worst one in game Sens should def get a gun buff. It’s literally just a worse PDW. Weaker damage but much more recoil Grim just got a good buff but maybe give him frags. I think at least 6 attackers should have frags. It sucks how there’s like 33 attackers yet only 4 get frags and one of them is Glaz who almost always uses smokes With Solis maybe just give her gadget less range or duration for now. Or where she can’t see the actual attacker when they’re on the drone Azami, take away impacts and take away one kiba
For sens and tachanka I think they should add some sort of a projection line to the gadget so you know where its gonna go or boune. Its very hard to have a consistent precision with those operator and for my personal experience that is one of the reason I don’t like to play those opps, especially sens since his gadget is very inconsistent with what its gonna do when we trow the gadget.
With the addition of impact emps I feel like they should re-add the ability for thatcher to fully destroy gadgets and add the ability to cook his emps but give them a smaller radius
Honestly I feel like sens would be a better defender than an attacker, imagine they had the ability to set up their gadget lines and be able to turn them off and on like a better observation blocker that works on the actual operators and drones.
Here's my thoughts: Jager: The issue with Jager is that his gadget is a set it and forget it type gadget, so.. make it from something that's passive towards something that's more active. Why not make it function similar like how Fenrir's gadget works. Jager gets his 3 ads's to place and each has 1 shot, when a ads charge is used up, it has like a 30 sec cool down, after which he can reactivate it again just like Fenrir dose his gadget. Tachanka: A toggle is a good idea, i like that bit, but a underbarrel? How do you make an incendiary grenade launcher into an under barrel? What i think he needs is just a simple projectile line of the grenade launcher so you can see where the fuck you're shooting them grenades and if there landing on the intended target. IQ: Just Improve the visibility of gadgets when using her scanner. The biggest problem with her is just seeing the gadget, and quicky being able to identify what the fuck you're looking at. Make the outline of gadgets be a Bright yellow to signal that it's a passive gadget and Bright Red if it's an active gadget. Also make enemy gadgets have an icon above them to be able to identify them at a glance. Blackbeard: Yeah, he needs a complete rework. Why not give him a massive LMG that's able to shred walls. Imagine giving him a mini gun, it would have a slow spin up time, bet once it starts blasting it shreds walls and floors. Would be an alternate way of making holes in walls and doing some suppressive fire. Also, a mini gun would be hella sick in Siege. Sens: Just add a projectile line of where the sens wheels will go, so you can see where it will create the wall. Would be a massive improvement. Also tweak to how the wheels bounce of walls. if you hit a wall at a weird angle, the sens wheel should bounce of walls in a 90-degree angles, but if it's rolled on the ground, it should behave the same as it does now. Would make him much more usable and able to use him reactively and on the fly. Grim: Make the bees be attracted to nearby players. You shoot a canister inside a room, a bee cloud forms and slowly moves towards any nearby player. If the defender stays in his position, he gets covered with bees and pinged, or if the defender retreats, Grim can now move in forcing the defender to get out of their power position. Also, a cool gimmick would be if a defender is covered with bees, any close by defender would be also covered with bees revealing all of their positions. would we hella funny seeing defenders trying to avoid the bees. Solis: I don't think she's that over powered. I think you just need to add more ways for attackers to trick her, or ways of baiting her out. Imagin having ability to drop your phone at the cost of losing access to cameras but the solis would see it as if somebody is on their phone. I think attackers just need more ways of baiting out the solis and tricking her. Azami: I have no clue what to do with her. It's up to the dev team to figure out that one. So, these are my changes that i would make. Remember that these are just my opinions.
3:28 YES!! I talk the same thing to my friends all the time. The Tatcher ban meta is getting old really fast, this would it aliviate a ton, and maybe make ppl think more about op bans, instead of going automatically on Jackal/Tatcher bans
@@professiggitways yea but the thing is, wamai doesn’t have sheild, the 1.5 is on a lower-ish damage weapon, as well as he gets more of his gadget over the round. So if he dies too early taking a fight, then you don’t get the most out of his utility, where as Jager, you put them all down in the prep phase and then ball out, that plus his gun is an AR (although giving him a 1.5 I don’t think is that unreasonable)
Solid is good for drone hunting, making sure they don’t have those gadgets, as well as seeing where they are placing their electronic gadgets (but yea I’d rather play a different roamer but I don’t mind have one on my team)
I think Sens gadget should come with a trajectory line to indicate WHERE it will bounce, out to a certain distance. That said, I don't think the projectors' destructibility is that big a deal. NEVER have I seen a defender so desperate to see something that they wasted an impact on them! And shooting at them throws off their crosshairs. They already get countered by Warden and BP cameras!
I think for solis they should just make the range smaller She already has a disadvantage when using her gadget by not being able to use her weapons so I think just making her gadgets range smaller would balance her out a little more
Honestly, grim’s gadget should act more like Ying’s, you can throw it or place it and it becomes proximity based for activation, and from there the gadget would work as it does normally, it helps to notify on flank watch and also help for defending the planted defuser
Or maybe it can be both. Something we preplace for future activation when someone is near and, as it is right now, we throw. Like capitao or Zofia we could switch between two different modes. That would be usefuk espcially on console since we can’t lean on the sides so, as oppose to PC, you can lean and shoot, on console when we use his gadget we have to aim and shoot because we can’t lean. TBH im not a huge fan of some of these changes like the Yager nerf,solis, and Azumi cause its literally a way to either screw those ops over or make them useless. but the rest i agre the Tachaka rework actually sounds good, grim Aswell those changes should really be added to the game

A lot of these changes would make no sense in the view of a new siege player. Imagine picking up an operator and it has a whole list of conditions. Like you can use your gadget but you are broadcasted to all players of your position. No one would want to play that operator because all it does is make it frustrating to play.
Yeah this is fair criticism. With the Solis change specifically, I think they could just nerf her gadgets radius and she'd be fine. But for the sake of entertainment I wanted to spitball a rework idea.
My idea for Blackbeard’s rework was to make him a hardbreacher similar to Hibana and Maverick. This gadget that I had in mind would be capable of blowing holes slightly bigger than the ones that Aruni can make on soft surfaces. The pros of this gadget, like Hibana, Blackbeard would not only be useful, but he’d have a hard breaching tool that he could use from further away than maverick, and like Maverick’s gadget, this one I had in mind would ignore both bandit and Kaid’s gadgets. Like Maverick’s gadget this would not be meant to gain entry into the enemy sight but rather to create sight lines so that you and your teammates can pick enemies off. To balance this, Blackbeard, would only have 2 of these, he’d be made into a 2 speed, 2 armor operator, and Aruni’s gadget, Jaeger’s Gadget, and Wamai’s gadget can counter it.
I'll just leave my thought here again: - Jäger is in an okay-ish spot atm. I'd potentially suggest: giving him a 1.5x, give him the ability to (once per round) refresh an ADS instantly, and take away his ability to stack ADSs. If he ddoes that, they should all activate at the same time. Once again though, Imo this would be an attempt to fix something that isn't broken. - Agree that Tachanka should be able to fire his grenades on impact mode. However, I disagree that Ubisoft should exchange his launcher for a buck attachment. It might be true that his launcher is the source of all problems, but I support Ubisoft in that case, saying that launchers CAN be viable on defense. Also, give his LMG a 1.5x T_T. - Who thought it was a good idea to not give IQ Impact EMPs? I already made this comment in conjunction with frags. Give operators the secondary gadgets that synergize with their primary one. To be fair with IQ though, Imo she's underrated atm. She hard counters intel operators, and I think it's worth bringing her even if there is just a Valk. - I'd love to see Blackbeard with some form of self-healing and a 3 armor rating. Think both of these changes would synergize with his playstyle of a run and gun operator. It's difficult for me to judge him though, since I really rarely play with or against a Blackbeard. - Sens looks good on paper. Think he really just needs better hitboxes and an outline that shows, where exactly his smoke will be if he throws his gadget in a certain angle. If you really wanted to buff his gun probably give it +2 damage and remove the extended barrel. If his gadget is countered by Jäger and Wamai, I also agree with the flashbangs. Shouldn't take away the Claymores though. I think they synergize with his gadget. - I think Grim is gonna be in a good spot mechanically after the buffs. Might just need a few numbers tweaked, such as more shots with his launcher... Or faster weapon switch time... Or longer duration of his bees... Or shorter activation time of his bees... I think you get the point. - I'd suggest a small and simple nerf to Solis, such as lowering her range or duration of her gadget. Additionally, should probably buff Cav, Vigil and maybe Oryx to be on the same level as Solis when it comes to roaming. - First off all, I think Azami should be a 3 armor operator. She should be played as an anchor, and a 3 armor rating fits to that playstyle. Maybe change the color of the barriers to increase their visibility for attackers against defender sided long ranged angles? Additionally, I'd suggest to make them break after 2 melee hits. Haven't really played against a lot of good Azamis.
First off I appreciate you taking the time to comment your opinion. Your idea for Sens to show outlines would be a good way to help newer players hit lineups and I think it would be a great idea. Pretty much everything else I could definitely. The main point of my video was just to spitball ideas of what Ubisoft could do. I just want them to make changes to some of these operators cause they need them.
Mute buff: Make him a 2 speed again, at the trade off of his C4, and increase jammer deploy time Fuze Buff: also make him a 2 speed, but at the cost of his 2.00x, 2.5x on his AK12, and on his LMG remove the 1.5x, 2.0x, and the 2.5x
For Sens and Tachanka, I think they should had some sort of line of where their gadget is gonna go when we use them. The problem with those opps I think is the precision when using their gadget especially with Sens. Sometimes it can hit a little corner or whatever and bam, waste of gadget because it didn’t go where we wanted. Yes some of you could say that it takes practice and all. But in R6 and especially with new comers I think that they would want to use an operator that is easy to use. Tachanka and Sens can be hard to play and it would be a nice buff. It could be also something to turn on or off if we are already good with it. On console it is more difficult to use them, such as Grim since we can’t lean on the sides. all of the real world weapons have a matching fire rate in siege. ubisoft has always followed this so blackbeard either has to get a new weapon or have a really good dmg buff.
I'd make Grim's gadget be able to choose if you want to deploy them instantly (like it is right now) or to deploy when a defender walks by (kind of like an Ela mine or something)
I honestly think Blackbeard would profit from being Amaru like. He's a navy seal, he should excel at entering quietly. So allowing him to go silently(but slowly) through hatches from below(similar to Oryx) and giving him a way to silently soft breach(with range), could be very interesting. He could silently open hatches from below and get through, which would make him terrifying on some maps, but reinforced hatches counter him. He'd be great against castle and at opening windows, but since the set up would take time, a singe hole in a window or so could completely destroy him. It'd make him much more of a navy seal, that prepares silently and suddenly rushes in with no expectation of him being there. For IQ I'd love for her to loop camera feeds through her gadget. This would allow her to work great against valk, maestro and echo, but also have a way to support her teammates from range. For Jäger I'd hate for him to be too similar to wamai, so I'd rather have his gadgets work similar to aruni gates. after being used they can be shot(possibly only by Jäger) to work again. For Asami the best I can come up with is a slow build up of her gadget(2 or 3 steps). So she throws a kunai and it expands a little bit, after a few seconds it expands more. That would make blocking entrances much harder. I'd also make it so her knives are shootable during the first phase only. It would encourage using the early and wouldn't make her as a strong counter against breaches. Grim's current changes are already decent, at most I'd want the bee's to stay in the general area, but follow an enemy for a bit(great against roamers and flanks) Sens just getting quality of life improvements would make them better, but also allowing them to look through their own smokes, not completely, just fuzzily would be cool too. Tachanka: make his lmg his only weapon and give him fire rounds that are switchable. Those rounds create fire around the hit are(going through soft walls) and he'd be terrifying in some areas. Direct hits to enemies don't cause fire, but instead set the hit enemy on fire for 10 seconds, 2 second animation to drop and roll out the fire sooner. Outside of these: Hibana feels weak right now, most maps don't work well for her and her best maps it's often better to have a buck with hard breaches instead. She would profit from getting frag grenades to play vertically better and utilizing her ability to create small holes in walls.
I think thats the whole point of stacking operators, like wamai and lesion, not being able to put all of his utility the first 30 seconds into the round makes them play more conservative, thats why the azami rework is bad, because the whole point of being a instant reinforcement operator is wasted when you leave them like that, instead you could create a more aggressive playstyle since you can rotate and slow atackers while chasing you. Also solis is in a good spot, maybe tacking of the smg 11 or the impacts should have more effects into her than a rework, making her more team dependant than self reliant
Only problem with the black beard rework idea is the fact his grenade launcher is only for killing, plus someone could peek him while hes switched to his launcher so youre going to shoot a 8 ball that flys past the enemy's face but you get out peaked by warden I'd say that ability is still a selfish one, though, since it doesn't do anything for the team, sure it might get them to move, but otherwise, no info would be shared Heres how you fix this make his gernades break walls and hatches, but the radius will be so small its like useing a hard breaching charge that only works on soft walls but itd open sightlines aswell make it impacts as a option but reduce damage by half kinda like zofias impact shells
A couple of my random ideas: BLACKBEARD: Similar to your change with the under-scope barrel, but instead I want it to be capable of launching tear gas canisters that will be obstruct enemies vision when in the radius of its detonation. I also want it capable of launching through soft barricades as a surprise attack. JACKAL: Fairly simple, remove his headgear gadget and give him a drone that requires him to operate in order to scan footprints. GRIMM: Similar to Lesion Gu’s, I want the bees capable of injecting a stinger into the defenders and dealing damage as well as pinging their location until they pull out the stinger. MIRA: I want her able to place a mirror on either side of a reinforced wall. I want operators such as Buck, Zofia, and so on to have a telescopic ladder as a secondary gadget option so they can breach hatches from below and advance up them as new ways of attacking. Either a secondary gadget or a new attacker that has a similar gadget to Yings candelas but instead of flashing, when rolled they’ll make sounds of running footsteps for a way to distract the enemy. Either a secondary gadget or a new defender that can place a steel grate - same size as a black mirror - on walls and can continuously be pulled open to shoot through, etc and be pulled back shut for protection, but sluggishly. Maybe a controversial idea for barb wire where they deal damage to attackers when passing through. Can even limit it to one per operator.

Warden - Lose the 1.5 but if his glasses are charged, they will turn on automatically. also the duration is shorter IQ - have her device be like wardens glasses so she can use a stronger gun to shoot stuff Senz - needs a buff to the AR Clash - The shield should have bullet marks. so the more you shoot her the less she can see. Blitz - same with clash but to his little window im sure there are more. but those are the ones off the top of my head
Feel Blackbeard gadget should go back to it original state but more damage it takes harder it gets to see. (Meaning you can blind him) and if it get to bang up for you can remove it and go without it. it would punish you not being fast on draw and still keep him as himself. (because needing to see if a major part of a gun fight so if Blackbeard not fast on the draw risk his gadget becoming a problem for him instead the enemy) basically making a swing sided sword and if want make bit more balance can make so when shield deploy he moves way slower and increase recoil to deter people keeping it on 24/7.
An operator that is missing on this list is Jackal. My rework idea consists of removing the ping feature and the purple tint on his visor. When scanning footsteps, instead of ping defenders, it highlights the footsteps for alll attackes for a limited time, and removing the purple tint incentivises the "detective playstile".
I love the simplicity and "fittingness" of Blackbeard getting an m203, but my one concern is not allowing it to open soft walls. It's an elegant and unused design space that helps differentiate it from other op gadgets, but it's incredibly unintuitive for new players that it would basically be the only explosive in the game that wouldn't be able to open soft walls. I think a better design space for an m203 underbarrel frag would be to give it a much smaller radius, but allow it to bounce. They'd basically be mini-frag grenades that can be thrown very far and can't be cooked. If the radius is smaller, you can maybe even give him a 3rd. Because their radius is smaller, they'll eat up less utility individually. And another point of difference is they would only make crouchable holes in soft walls.
Tachanka just needs the turret back with some changes, with how seige is evolving he would be terrifying if placed correctly (changes like a full body shield but it breaks to an explosive or something like a mira window)
I actually think azami is pretty balanced, most of the angles are known now since she’s become common in site setup. If they want to make her weaker they could just give attackers more frags/gonne six
IQ should get frags, EMPs kinda take away from her gadget's it makes things to eazy, but you don't really need it in various scenarios, plus she should be abe to use like Jackal, with her gun up
The balance jäger I would reverse the change to his gadget and take 1 ads away so now he can only burn 4 things, then I’d re balance the gun so it’s pretty mediocre compared to the other guns on defence and give him a c4 and make him a 3 armour to encourage him to stay on sight and play for plant denial.
Blackbeard should be the exact counterpart to Rook. Two-shot headshot for most guns, excluding slug shotgun, dmr or revolver(normal shotgun its up to how many “bullets” connect). Remaining health is dependant on armor type(1-6-11 for example). First headshot gives an effect of like Ela and Echo combined. Deploying exactly as rook, so spawning next to blackbeard is beneficial. Obviously your team could meet up somewhere safe or you go meme with rook to make super operators. Then just give him good attacker Gadgets and he brings enough to the team.
For Azami I'd honestly let her keep all barriers but after the prep time is over her Kiba barriers that haven't been placed get worse overtime after the first 1 and a half minutes they can be shot and in the last 1 and a half minute of the round they round they get broken as soon as they get placed
Montagne: no knock back from melee except Oryx’s ability IQ: give emp and frag grenades Blackbeard: buff the Scar’s fire rate and damage Kali: chest shots kill 1-armour and 2-armour operators, limb shots down them Iana: remove frags Sens: reduce gadget hit box and buff damage or recoil of gun Grim: gadget does not get removed unless activated by defender or blown up by C4 / impacts Castle / Pulse: buff damage or fire rate of UMP Tachanka: grenade launcher should be barrel-mounted Thorn: buff gadget detonation time by 0.5 seconds Azami: nerf cooldown to gadget Solis: nerf cooldown to gadget
Something has to be done about Fuze. He’s simply not viable as he is right now. I recommend either speeding up the deployment of his gadgets and giving him claymores, or changing his gadget into something like an ash charge that you can shoot onto a wall from a distance
I think an interesting idea could be to make the time of the kiba deploy after being thrown longer while reducing the amount she gets and giving them to her all at the beginning of the round. This would prevent ppl from using it purely for entry denial and instead incentivize ppl to use it for pre round site setup, which is much more balanced.
@@BMP just take a kiba or 2 away. She simply just has too many. If she had less she'd use them more sparingly for one-ways and cover, and less as explosive burning.
Ik this video is a year old, but for IQ, they should make a whole new scope specifically for her. Similar to Glaz, she’s able to flip her gadget onto her scope, that way you can still use your primary without being limited to just your secondary
This may sound pretty stupid lmao, but ill share anyways. I think Grim's bees should actually travel and search to find an operator, kinda like a lot of K9 ideas. Ubisoft already said they "dont want to have to shoot dogs, so they probably arent gonna make a K9 op" (paraphrasing). We already have 3 flank watch ops, so this gives practically a new whole strategy to the game, and gives a contendor to Jackal. I dont think the bees should search too far since that would obviously make him op, but I think it'd be a nice idea.
Short version of this video - Make every operator a fragger or make their utility useless. Edit - Solis already has a downside to her gadget. She can be tracked by IQ while it’s active
Give IQ a single emp drone or 2 emp drones to replace her normal ones. They just shoot the same emp blast that bullet proof cameras do but they can be destroyed like a normal drone
On Azami if they just make her Kiba's be destroyed by bullets just like a barricade it would make her pretty balanced in my opinion. Would be much easier to destroy but still a risk as you have to expose yourself somewhat by shooting it and chances are if they did this she may become too easy to counter so the solution there would be to make it take more bullets or give her more kiba's.
Honestly didnt even know sens gadget was destroyable, never considered that it would be lmao. I think it could benefit a lot from masking footstep noise too, people are really good at spraying you down based on footsteps on PC to the point where sens gadget is barely usable. Main reason I dont play sens is the lack of cosmetics tho. I missed their sick launch outfit and their base look is one of the most hideous character designs ubi has ever made.
IQ should get her gadget mounted to her primary and use a Canted Iron Sight to access it. That way she can ude her primary, BUT she has to still use Iron Sights
IQ doesn't need a rework, ubisoft had the game set up to rely on teamwork from day one and she's a perfect example of this.youd have IQ sitting above or near site pinging gadgets for a Flores, twitch, anything similar
in my opinion I think Blackbeard needs an m249 instead of the scar and maybe make his shield have 30% heath with 3-4 more shields other then 2 and maybe put on some nades
What if we flipped over blackbeards sheild to block body shots, only the torso, head, legs and arms are exposed so you don’t feel cheated out of a well aimed headshot
Yeah thats fine. Jager is one of those ops that isn't necessarily a problem, I just wanted to come up with a way to solve his gadget being way more powerful than the rest of his loadout.
jager would be so much less usefull in this rework, you could just double nade him and bam no more ads. i feel as if most people use him for his gun, this has been the case since it had acog. Balancing him would just be difficult without ruining his entire character.

Why is there a need for a granade launcher trajectory? Granade launchers aren't hard to get a feel of? Seems like a pointless raising of the skill floor.

Honestly the only rework id agree with is for IQ shes super underpowered but id rather they just yive her and mav and finka and buck back grenades. Sens needs his gun buffed because even if its damage were better its recoil is unusable on console. Black beards a mess idk what to do with but a noob tube in siege isnt the answer, solis and asami are strong but not because their gadget is op but because they have a high skill ceiling that makes them worthwhile to play. Jagers ads should be like it was originally except only give him 2 instead of three so he can effectively burn utility but has to decide what areas are more important in contrast to wamai who can cover every entrance to a sight. I could see him getting the 1.5 and a shield but only if they made him a 1 speed. I was around for jager acog and i find even the 1.5 a fisky proposition. Grims gadget i think should act more like zof concussions and be underslug from his primary. Then you could bounce them around a doorframe to ping an area in a room to support a push. Zof concussions are prox based and bounce and that would be perfect for getting info from the bees. Thats just my opinion though

Solis already has a trade-off for her gadget and that's that she has no weapon out during this at all. To make this more significant, I would just lower the range by 33%
I’m extremely against the idea of nerfing anything. Ubi needs to focus on making fun and engaging gameplay loops. Making jager or azami as fun to play as tachonka (not fun at all) is just gonna make people frustrated and make them want to leave or play other things Being overpowered is good game design.
They should give zero the ability to reload his launcher because I was playing him once and the thing didn’t reload so I only got to place one cam and I was so confused

A better idea imo is to the cloak be an active ability instead of a passive cloak. Hold right mouse to cloak, but when you exit it has a cooldown, and you cant stun while cloaked

For the Blackbeard i've got different idea with you, Blackbeard supposed to be operator who have advantage when rappling and punish enemy doing aggresive peek. My idea for Blackbeard is rework his rifle shield ; the rifle shield only open when you ADS and it got unique hitbox with 100 HP (if enemy shoot the center of the shield then its would be destroyed even with one bullet but if they shoot the side part then it just deal damage to the shield)
My rework/balancing for other ops
Amaru: Her gadget would have secondary mode and its called hold, with this mode when you shoot her gadget then it would be attached first to window/door/hatch then you have option to jump or release. If you choose release then she would cancel the jump and destroy barricade/hatch, again with this change you can fake jump or setup for surprise jump.
Sledge: turn him back into 2 speed but his hammer gonna work differently. Instead got 25 hammer swing sledge hammer gonna work similar like oryx, sledge only can keep up to 3 hammer swing but it will recharge infinitely
Vigil: His gadget can distorting attacker drone vision if too close with vigil (the distroting vision similar like mute jammer)
Clash : Movement slow effect from her gadget based how close the enemy is (the closer they are then its gonna slow them more)
Zero : argus cam turn invisible if inactive more than 3 second
Bandit: bailiff for secondary weapon option so he can do site setup
Thermite: breach charge for gadget option so he can open soft wall/hatch
Flores : increase rc-xd movement speed
Pulse : increase heart beat sensor scanner range
Wamai : got 2 magnet at start of the round (instead 1 magnet)
Jager doesn’t need any changes he’s in a solid spot rn. If they give him 1.5 and shield he literally just turns into old wamai which had barely any counter play. For defense either everyone should get 1.5 or no one should unless it’s a 3 armor
Chanka should get quicker swap speed and just a little more radius.

For sens and tachanka I think they should add some sort of a projection line to the gadget so you know where its gonna go or boune. Its very hard to have a consistent precision with those operator and for my personal experience that is one of the reason I don’t like to play those opps, especially sens since his gadget is very inconsistent with what its gonna do when we trow the gadget.
With the addition of impact emps I feel like they should re-add the ability for thatcher to fully destroy gadgets and add the ability to cook his emps but give them a smaller radius
Honestly I feel like sens would be a better defender than an attacker, imagine they had the ability to set up their gadget lines and be able to turn them off and on like a better observation blocker that works on the actual operators and drones.

Here's my thoughts:
Jager: The issue with Jager is that his gadget is a set it and forget it type gadget, so.. make it from something that's passive towards something that's more active. Why not make it function similar like how Fenrir's gadget works. Jager gets his 3 ads's to place and each has 1 shot, when a ads charge is used up, it has like a 30 sec cool down, after which he can reactivate it again just like Fenrir dose his gadget.
Tachanka: A toggle is a good idea, i like that bit, but a underbarrel? How do you make an incendiary grenade launcher into an under barrel? What i think he needs is just a simple projectile line of the grenade launcher so you can see where the fuck you're shooting them grenades and if there landing on the intended target.
IQ: Just Improve the visibility of gadgets when using her scanner. The biggest problem with her is just seeing the gadget, and quicky being able to identify what the fuck you're looking at. Make the outline of gadgets be a Bright yellow to signal that it's a passive gadget and Bright Red if it's an active gadget. Also make enemy gadgets have an icon above them to be able to identify them at a glance.
Blackbeard: Yeah, he needs a complete rework. Why not give him a massive LMG that's able to shred walls. Imagine giving him a mini gun, it would have a slow spin up time, bet once it starts blasting it shreds walls and floors. Would be an alternate way of making holes in walls and doing some suppressive fire. Also, a mini gun would be hella sick in Siege.
Sens: Just add a projectile line of where the sens wheels will go, so you can see where it will create the wall. Would be a massive improvement. Also tweak to how the wheels bounce of walls. if you hit a wall at a weird angle, the sens wheel should bounce of walls in a 90-degree angles, but if it's rolled on the ground, it should behave the same as it does now. Would make him much more usable and able to use him reactively and on the fly.
Grim: Make the bees be attracted to nearby players. You shoot a canister inside a room, a bee cloud forms and slowly moves towards any nearby player. If the defender stays in his position, he gets covered with bees and pinged, or if the defender retreats, Grim can now move in forcing the defender to get out of their power position. Also, a cool gimmick would be if a defender is covered with bees, any close by defender would be also covered with bees revealing all of their positions. would we hella funny seeing defenders trying to avoid the bees.
Solis: I don't think she's that over powered. I think you just need to add more ways for attackers to trick her, or ways of baiting her out. Imagin having ability to drop your phone at the cost of losing access to cameras but the solis would see it as if somebody is on their phone. I think attackers just need more ways of baiting out the solis and tricking her.
Azami: I have no clue what to do with her. It's up to the dev team to figure out that one.
So, these are my changes that i would make. Remember that these are just my opinions.

@@professiggitways yea but the thing is, wamai doesn’t have sheild, the 1.5 is on a lower-ish damage weapon, as well as he gets more of his gadget over the round. So if he dies too early taking a fight, then you don’t get the most out of his utility, where as Jager, you put them all down in the prep phase and then ball out, that plus his gun is an AR (although giving him a 1.5 I don’t think is that unreasonable)
like what is the purpose of solis if drones can see you while you roam
Solid is good for drone hunting, making sure they don’t have those gadgets, as well as seeing where they are placing their electronic gadgets (but yea I’d rather play a different roamer but I don’t mind have one on my team)
I think Sens gadget should come with a trajectory line to indicate WHERE it will bounce, out to a certain distance.
That said, I don't think the projectors' destructibility is that big a deal. NEVER have I seen a defender so desperate to see something that they wasted an impact on them! And shooting at them throws off their crosshairs.
They already get countered by Warden and BP cameras!

Honestly, grim’s gadget should act more like Ying’s, you can throw it or place it and it becomes proximity based for activation, and from there the gadget would work as it does normally, it helps to notify on flank watch and also help for defending the planted defuser

Or maybe it can be both. Something we preplace for future activation when someone is near and, as it is right now, we throw. Like capitao or Zofia we could switch between two different modes. That would be usefuk espcially on console since we can’t lean on the sides so, as oppose to PC, you can lean and shoot, on console when we use his gadget we have to aim and shoot because we can’t lean.

TBH im not a huge fan of some of these changes like the Yager nerf,solis, and Azumi cause its literally a way to either screw those ops over or make them useless. but the rest i agre the Tachaka rework actually sounds good, grim Aswell those changes should really be added to the game

A lot of these changes would make no sense in the view of a new siege player. Imagine picking up an operator and it has a whole list of conditions. Like you can use your gadget but you are broadcasted to all players of your position. No one would want to play that operator because all it does is make it frustrating to play.
Yeah this is fair criticism. With the Solis change specifically, I think they could just nerf her gadgets radius and she'd be fine. But for the sake of entertainment I wanted to spitball a rework idea.

My idea for Blackbeard’s rework was to make him a hardbreacher similar to Hibana and Maverick. This gadget that I had in mind would be capable of blowing holes slightly bigger than the ones that Aruni can make on soft surfaces. The pros of this gadget, like Hibana, Blackbeard would not only be useful, but he’d have a hard breaching tool that he could use from further away than maverick, and like Maverick’s gadget, this one I had in mind would ignore both bandit and Kaid’s gadgets. Like Maverick’s gadget this would not be meant to gain entry into the enemy sight but rather to create sight lines so that you and your teammates can pick enemies off. To balance this, Blackbeard, would only have 2 of these, he’d be made into a 2 speed, 2 armor operator, and Aruni’s gadget, Jaeger’s Gadget, and Wamai’s gadget can counter it.
I'll just leave my thought here again:
- Jäger is in an okay-ish spot atm. I'd potentially suggest: giving him a 1.5x, give him the ability to (once per round) refresh an ADS instantly, and take away his ability to stack ADSs. If he ddoes that, they should all activate at the same time. Once again though, Imo this would be an attempt to fix something that isn't broken.
- Agree that Tachanka should be able to fire his grenades on impact mode. However, I disagree that Ubisoft should exchange his launcher for a buck attachment. It might be true that his launcher is the source of all problems, but I support Ubisoft in that case, saying that launchers CAN be viable on defense. Also, give his LMG a 1.5x T_T.
- Who thought it was a good idea to not give IQ Impact EMPs? I already made this comment in conjunction with frags. Give operators the secondary gadgets that synergize with their primary one. To be fair with IQ though, Imo she's underrated atm. She hard counters intel operators, and I think it's worth bringing her even if there is just a Valk.
- I'd love to see Blackbeard with some form of self-healing and a 3 armor rating. Think both of these changes would synergize with his playstyle of a run and gun operator. It's difficult for me to judge him though, since I really rarely play with or against a Blackbeard.
- Sens looks good on paper. Think he really just needs better hitboxes and an outline that shows, where exactly his smoke will be if he throws his gadget in a certain angle. If you really wanted to buff his gun probably give it +2 damage and remove the extended barrel. If his gadget is countered by Jäger and Wamai, I also agree with the flashbangs. Shouldn't take away the Claymores though. I think they synergize with his gadget.
- I think Grim is gonna be in a good spot mechanically after the buffs. Might just need a few numbers tweaked, such as more shots with his launcher... Or faster weapon switch time... Or longer duration of his bees... Or shorter activation time of his bees... I think you get the point.
- I'd suggest a small and simple nerf to Solis, such as lowering her range or duration of her gadget. Additionally, should probably buff Cav, Vigil and maybe Oryx to be on the same level as Solis when it comes to roaming.
- First off all, I think Azami should be a 3 armor operator. She should be played as an anchor, and a 3 armor rating fits to that playstyle. Maybe change the color of the barriers to increase their visibility for attackers against defender sided long ranged angles? Additionally, I'd suggest to make them break after 2 melee hits. Haven't really played against a lot of good Azamis.
First off I appreciate you taking the time to comment your opinion. Your idea for Sens to show outlines would be a good way to help newer players hit lineups and I think it would be a great idea. Pretty much everything else I could definitely. The main point of my video was just to spitball ideas of what Ubisoft could do. I just want them to make changes to some of these operators cause they need them.

Mute buff: Make him a 2 speed again, at the trade off of his C4, and increase jammer deploy time
Fuze Buff: also make him a 2 speed, but at the cost of his 2.00x, 2.5x on his AK12, and on his LMG remove the 1.5x, 2.0x, and the 2.5x

These are great Ubi's meathod to just balance everything really isn't working and is kinda just making the game blan.
For Sens and Tachanka, I think they should had some sort of line of where their gadget is gonna go when we use them. The problem with those opps I think is the precision when using their gadget especially with Sens. Sometimes it can hit a little corner or whatever and bam, waste of gadget because it didn’t go where we wanted. Yes some of you could say that it takes practice and all. But in R6 and especially with new comers I think that they would want to use an operator that is easy to use. Tachanka and Sens can be hard to play and it would be a nice buff. It could be also something to turn on or off if we are already good with it.
On console it is more difficult to use them, such as Grim since we can’t lean on the sides. What do y’all think about this? Sorry if I made a lot of errors writing this.
all of the real world weapons have a matching fire rate in siege. ubisoft has always followed this so blackbeard either has to get a new weapon or have a really good dmg buff.

Yeah BB needs something desperately. I think it should be a new gadget, but anything at this point would be good.
I'd make Grim's gadget be able to choose if you want to deploy them instantly (like it is right now) or to deploy when a defender walks by (kind of like an Ela mine or something)
I honestly think Blackbeard would profit from being Amaru like. He's a navy seal, he should excel at entering quietly. So allowing him to go silently(but slowly) through hatches from below(similar to Oryx) and giving him a way to silently soft breach(with range), could be very interesting. He could silently open hatches from below and get through, which would make him terrifying on some maps, but reinforced hatches counter him. He'd be great against castle and at opening windows, but since the set up would take time, a singe hole in a window or so could completely destroy him. It'd make him much more of a navy seal, that prepares silently and suddenly rushes in with no expectation of him being there.
For IQ I'd love for her to loop camera feeds through her gadget. This would allow her to work great against valk, maestro and echo, but also have a way to support her teammates from range.
For Jäger I'd hate for him to be too similar to wamai, so I'd rather have his gadgets work similar to aruni gates. after being used they can be shot(possibly only by Jäger) to work again.
For Asami the best I can come up with is a slow build up of her gadget(2 or 3 steps). So she throws a kunai and it expands a little bit, after a few seconds it expands more. That would make blocking entrances much harder. I'd also make it so her knives are shootable during the first phase only. It would encourage using the early and wouldn't make her as a strong counter against breaches.
Grim's current changes are already decent, at most I'd want the bee's to stay in the general area, but follow an enemy for a bit(great against roamers and flanks)
Sens just getting quality of life improvements would make them better, but also allowing them to look through their own smokes, not completely, just fuzzily would be cool too.
Tachanka: make his lmg his only weapon and give him fire rounds that are switchable. Those rounds create fire around the hit are(going through soft walls) and he'd be terrifying in some areas. Direct hits to enemies don't cause fire, but instead set the hit enemy on fire for 10 seconds, 2 second animation to drop and roll out the fire sooner.
Outside of these: Hibana feels weak right now, most maps don't work well for her and her best maps it's often better to have a buck with hard breaches instead. She would profit from getting frag grenades to play vertically better and utilizing her ability to create small holes in walls.
Yeah shooting Jager's gadget could be another way to do it. I just think Jager's ADSs need some form of changes to balance him out in Ranked

I think thats the whole point of stacking operators, like wamai and lesion, not being able to put all of his utility the first 30 seconds into the round makes them play more conservative, thats why the azami rework is bad, because the whole point of being a instant reinforcement operator is wasted when you leave them like that, instead you could create a more aggressive playstyle since you can rotate and slow atackers while chasing you.
Also solis is in a good spot, maybe tacking of the smg 11 or the impacts should have more effects into her than a rework, making her more team dependant than self reliant
Only problem with the black beard rework idea is the fact his grenade launcher is only for killing, plus someone could peek him while hes switched to his launcher so youre going to shoot a 8 ball that flys past the enemy's face but you get out peaked by warden
I'd say that ability is still a selfish one, though, since it doesn't do anything for the team, sure it might get them to move, but otherwise, no info would be shared
Heres how you fix this make his gernades break walls and hatches, but the radius will be so small its like useing a hard breaching charge that only works on soft walls but itd open sightlines aswell make it impacts as a option but reduce damage by half kinda like zofias impact shells
A couple of my random ideas:
BLACKBEARD: Similar to your change with the under-scope barrel, but instead I want it to be capable of launching tear gas canisters that will be obstruct enemies vision when in the radius of its detonation. I also want it capable of launching through soft barricades as a surprise attack.
JACKAL: Fairly simple, remove his headgear gadget and give him a drone that requires him to operate in order to scan footprints.
GRIMM: Similar to Lesion Gu’s, I want the bees capable of injecting a stinger into the defenders and dealing damage as well as pinging their location until they pull out the stinger.
MIRA: I want her able to place a mirror on either side of a reinforced wall.
I want operators such as Buck, Zofia, and so on to have a telescopic ladder as a secondary gadget option so they can breach hatches from below and advance up them as new ways of attacking.
Either a secondary gadget or a new attacker that has a similar gadget to Yings candelas but instead of flashing, when rolled they’ll make sounds of running footsteps for a way to distract the enemy.
Either a secondary gadget or a new defender that can place a steel grate - same size as a black mirror - on walls and can continuously be pulled open to shoot through, etc and be pulled back shut for protection, but sluggishly.
Maybe a controversial idea for barb wire where they deal damage to attackers when passing through. Can even limit it to one per operator.

Sens also need to have buff where enrmy inside smoke blind temp as long as they innit like bangalore smoke effect active skill.
Warden - Lose the 1.5 but if his glasses are charged, they will turn on automatically. also the duration is shorter
IQ - have her device be like wardens glasses so she can use a stronger gun to shoot stuff
Senz - needs a buff to the AR
Clash - The shield should have bullet marks. so the more you shoot her the less she can see.
Blitz - same with clash but to his little window
im sure there are more. but those are the ones off the top of my head
Feel Blackbeard gadget should go back to it original state but more damage it takes harder it gets to see. (Meaning you can blind him) and if it get to bang up for you can remove it and go without it.
it would punish you not being fast on draw and still keep him as himself. An operator that is missing on this list is Jackal. My rework idea consists of removing the ping feature and the purple tint on his visor. When scanning footsteps, instead of ping defenders, it highlights the footsteps for alll attackes for a limited time, and removing the purple tint incentivises the "detective playstile".
I love the simplicity and "fittingness" of Blackbeard getting an m203, but my one concern is not allowing it to open soft walls. It's an elegant and unused design space that helps differentiate it from other op gadgets, but it's incredibly unintuitive for new players that it would basically be the only explosive in the game that wouldn't be able to open soft walls. I think a better design space for an m203 underbarrel frag would be to give it a much smaller radius, but allow it to bounce. They'd basically be mini-frag grenades that can be thrown very far and can't be cooked. If the radius is smaller, you can maybe even give him a 3rd. Because their radius is smaller, they'll eat up less utility individually. And another point of difference is they would only make crouchable holes in soft walls.
Tachanka just needs the turret back with some changes, with how seige is evolving he would be terrifying if placed correctly (changes like a full body shield but it breaks to an explosive or something like a mira window)
I actually think azami is pretty balanced, most of the angles are known now since she’s become common in site setup. If they want to make her weaker they could just give attackers more frags/gonne six
IQ should get frags, EMPs kinda take away from her gadget's it makes things to eazy, but you don't really need it in various scenarios, plus she should be abe to use like Jackal, with her gun up

The balance jäger I would reverse the change to his gadget and take 1 ads away so now he can only burn 4 things, then I’d re balance the gun so it’s pretty mediocre compared to the other guns on defence and give him a c4 and make him a 3 armour to encourage him to stay on sight and play for plant denial.
Blackbeard should be the exact counterpart to Rook. Two-shot headshot for most guns, excluding slug shotgun, dmr or revolver(normal shotgun its up to how many “bullets” connect). Remaining health is dependant on armor type(1-6-11 for example). First headshot gives an effect of like Ela and Echo combined. Deploying exactly as rook, so spawning next to blackbeard is beneficial. Obviously your team could meet up somewhere safe or you go meme with rook to make super operators. Then just give him good attacker Gadgets and he brings enough to the team.
So basically give your whole team face shield. Yeah, thats not frustrating at all.
For Azami I'd honestly let her keep all barriers but after the prep time is over her Kiba barriers that haven't been placed get worse overtime after the first 1 and a half minutes they can be shot and in the last 1 and a half minute of the round they round they get broken as soon as they get placed

IQ: give emp and frag grenades
Blackbeard: buff the Scar’s fire rate and damage
Kali: chest shots kill 1-armour and 2-armour operators, limb shots down them
Iana: remove frags
Sens: reduce gadget hit box and buff damage or recoil of gun
Grim: gadget does not get removed unless activated by defender or blown up by C4 / impacts
Castle / Pulse: buff damage or fire rate of UMP
Tachanka: grenade launcher should be barrel-mounted
Thorn: buff gadget detonation time by 0.5 seconds
Azami: nerf cooldown to gadget
Solis: nerf cooldown to gadget

Something has to be done about Fuze. He’s simply not viable as he is right now. I recommend either speeding up the deployment of his gadgets and giving him claymores, or changing his gadget into something like an ash charge that you can shoot onto a wall from a distance

I think an interesting idea could be to make the time of the kiba deploy after being thrown longer while reducing the amount she gets and giving them to her all at the beginning of the round. This would prevent ppl from using it purely for entry denial and instead incentivize ppl to use it for pre round site setup, which is much more balanced.
@@BMP just take a kiba or 2 away. She simply just has too many. If she had less she'd use them more sparingly for one-ways and cover, and less as explosive burning.
Ik this video is a year old, but for IQ, they should make a whole new scope specifically for her. Similar to Glaz, she’s able to flip her gadget onto her scope, that way you can still use your primary without being limited to just your secondary

I think Grim's bees should actually travel and search to find an operator, kinda like a lot of K9 ideas. Ubisoft already said they "dont want to have to shoot dogs, so they probably arent gonna make a K9 op" (paraphrasing). We already have 3 flank watch ops, so this gives practically a new whole strategy to the game, and gives a contendor to Jackal.
I dont think the bees should search too far since that would obviously make him op, but I think it'd be a nice idea.

Edit - Solis already has a downside to her gadget. She can be tracked by IQ while it’s active
Give IQ a single emp drone or 2 emp drones to replace her normal ones. They just shoot the same emp blast that bullet proof cameras do but they can be destroyed like a normal drone

On Azami if they just make her Kiba's be destroyed by bullets just like a barricade it would make her pretty balanced in my opinion. Would be much easier to destroy but still a risk as you have to expose yourself somewhat by shooting it and chances are if they did this she may become too easy to counter so the solution there would be to make it take more bullets or give her more kiba's.

Blackbeard M203 would only be able to be attached to his SR-25 for his Scar he would need an FN40. Also they can't just change the fire rate of a gun.
Honestly didnt even know sens gadget was destroyable, never considered that it would be lmao. I think it could benefit a lot from masking footstep noise too, people are really good at spraying you down based on footsteps on PC to the point where sens gadget is barely usable.
Main reason I dont play sens is the lack of cosmetics tho. I missed their sick launch outfit and their base look is one of the most hideous character designs ubi has ever made.
IQ should get her gadget mounted to her primary and use a Canted Iron Sight to access it. That way she can ude her primary, BUT she has to still use Iron Sights

Honestly the only rework id agree with is for IQ shes super underpowered but id rather they just yive her and mav and finka and buck back grenades. Sens needs his gun buffed because even if its damage were better its recoil is unusable on console. Black beards a mess idk what to do with but a noob tube in siege isnt the answer, solis and asami are strong but not because their gadget is op but because they have a high skill ceiling that makes them worthwhile to play. Jagers ads should be like it was originally except only give him 2 instead of three so he can effectively burn utility but has to decide what areas are more important in contrast to wamai who can cover every entrance to a sight. I could see him getting the 1.5 and a shield but only if they made him a 1 speed. I was around for jager acog and i find even the 1.5 a fisky proposition. Grims gadget i think should act more like zof concussions and be underslug from his primary. Then you could bounce them around a doorframe to ping an area in a room to support a push. Zof concussions are prox based and bounce and that would be perfect for getting info from the bees. Thats just my opinion though

I’m extremely against the idea of nerfing anything. Ubi needs to focus on making fun and engaging gameplay loops. Making jager or azami as fun to play as tachonka (not fun at all) is just gonna make people frustrated and make them want to leave or play other things
