How Long Should Chiller Techs Wait Between TXV Adjustments

It can be very challenging to get a TXV calibrated properly, and our number one enemy as chiller techs is our patience. How long should chiller techs wait between TXV adjustments? I personally choose 20 minutes, but there are some deeper strategies to ensure better success.
