My Skin-Tone Study with Graphite Pencil / Drawing Tutorial for Beginners in Real Time!

‪@BMDPortraits‬ I share my skin-tone study with Graphite Pencil (drawing in real time) and this is some sort of a drawing tutorial for beginners. The graphite pencil that i used here is the Mitsubishi Hi-Uni graphite pencil a Japanese Brand pencil which my ultimate favorite graphite brand because of its smoothness in terms of layering and blending. On this video which some sort of a mini tutorial for beginners on Graphite Pencil portraiture, you may observe how i build realistic skin tone, the techniques i used and my slow drawing strokes. My reference photo is Ms. Barbara Palvin and the paper that i used is Strathmore Bristol 300 Vellum Surface. Hope you like the video!

I have Marie Pencils, 8B and 12B,
I don't know how to layer such dark Pencils, with light pressure

What do you use to sharpen your Graphite pencils and Colorpencils?

i just use cheap metal single hole sharpeners and cutter knife
