Great podcast! I believe that we can get better for years! I had 2 cerebellum strokes. Nearly 7 years after the second stroke I am still using a walker. I've had 4 physio therapists and finally my current place is teaching me to use walking sticks, and they have lessened my pain in my knees. Keep trying PT's until you find one that works for you! I'm glad I did!
