    Basmati rice: 1½ kilo.
    Fresh lamb large pieces: 1½ kilo or 5 pieces.
    Onion medium chopped: 2 medium pieces.
    Ginger medium chopped: 1 pieces 50 gms.
    Green pepper: 2 medium pieces.
    Garlic cloves: 20 pieces.
    Black dry lemon: 1 pieces.
    Bay leaves: 8 pieces.
    Cloves: 25-30 pieces.
    Cardamom seeds: 20-30 pieces.
    Cinnamon stick: 1 large pieces.
    Vegetable oil: 6 tbsp.
    Sea salt: 1½ tbsp.
    Curry powder: 1 tbsp.
    For topping or (haasu)
    Onion chopped: 2 medium pieces.
    Yellow split peas boiled: 1 cup.
    Raisin: 2 tbsp.
    Vegetable oil: 1 tbsp.
    Cardamom power: ½ tsp.
    Turmeric power: ½ tsp.
    Salt: 1 tsp.
    Curry powder: 1 tsp.
    Cinnamon powder: ½ tsp.
    For tomato salsa or (Daakush)
    Fresh tomato sauce: 1½ cup.
    Vegetable oil: 1 tbsp.
    Tomato paste: 2 tbsp.
    Garlic fine chopped: 1 tbsp.
    Onion fine chopped: 1 tbsp.
    Sea salt: 1 tsp.
    For lamb coating
    Saffron soaked in water: 6 tbsp.
    Vegetables oil: 2 tbsp.
    Cardamom powder: ½ tsp.
    Tomato paste: 1 tbsp.
    Cinnamon powder: ½ tsp.
