However, you should never apologize for what you choose to spend YOUR hard earned money on. If it makes you happy then that's your business. People that hate on others about their spending habits are either jealous or forget they don't actually know you. For all they know you save every last penny (or work over time) after paying bills, donating, etc, to be be able to buy these kinds of things. If it happens to be photocards then so be it. I just spent $400 on all 7+group DICON magazines (freaking shipping is outrageous). Do I need it, no. But I work hard to spend my money on items of MY choice. Keep doing you. 💜💜💜

Merry Christmas! I’m late, but I also want to thank you for being willing to disclose prices you’ve paid! I watch a lot of BTS collectors’ videos, and I understand that sometimes people feel embarrassed by the amount of money they spend on pieces of paper with pictures of Korean boys on them, but I feel like as a part of the collecting community, it would be nice for a lot of collectors to be a bit more informative about what is a good/bad deal for something. I watch a lot of videos where a collector will vaguely say, “do your research to find out what the value of certain cards should be,” especially when talking/complaining about prices people are willing to pay in auctions or QYOP, without offering that information themselves. There’s nothing wrong in my opinion with splurging by overspending on a card every once in a while, no one has any business judging what someone else spends their money on. Prices for things like this are pretty arbitrary to begin with, it’s all just about the value to the purchaser/collector, and if they have willingly paid a certain price for something, that item was worth that price to them, maybe because that was the only time they’ve ever seen that thing for sale, or because they’ve been waiting forever to buy a card in hopes the prices would go down and they’re tired of waiting, you never know. It should be okay to admit that even though you know what you “should’ve” paid for a certain card, you overpay a little (or a lot) sometimes, but keeping all the viewers in the dark about what any of those amounts are isn’t helping anybody. I don’t know, just my opinion!
