    I make my own bread, and that's not a "beginner's" dough!
    Probably 70%+ - nightmare to work with unless you know what you're doing.

    Not even close to how they mak3 it in the bakeries in France, which takes 2 days. I'm sure it is tasty but not a true baguette

      I think this is a clip from a dvd that came with a book. The recipe would have been in the book, but you can find it easily on the internet by searching Jacques Pepin Gros Pain recipe.
