DECKLIST Main Deck: 41 Combo Pieces (Mandatory): 22 3x Machina Ruinforce 3x Meklord Astro Mekanikle 3x T.G Halberd Cannon/Assault Mode 3x Drytron Meteonis Draconids 3x Drytron Meteonis Quadrantids 3x Reasoning 3x Monster Gate 1x Machina Overdrive Unbrickers/Extenders: 13 3x Left Arm Offering 3x Machina Redeployment 3x Performapal Popperup 2x Machina Cannon 1x Machina Unclaspare 1x Machina Fortress Combo Protection/Going Second Cards: 5 2x Called By The Grave 3x Forbidden Droplet 1x Machina Citadel There are several ways to build this deck, some people go all in on the FTK, which would cut cards like Droplet, some people go all in on milling, which would cut the Machina Extender monsters, this is simply a hodgepodge netdecked gimmick version which has some plays going second.
2.5/5 you're playing 12-15 hard garnets in a 40 card deck, with very limited ways of getting them out of the hand into the GY - the odds that you open 5 unplayable level 12 monsters are far from improbable. You're relying on RNG to load up the grave with Reasoning/Monster Gate - if it hits a normal summon on the 2nd excavate, welp that's usually the game, unless you have another copy in hand. Pendulum Burn or Time Wizard Auroradon are generally much more reliable than this deck, but in terms of FTK decks, this is actually above average for reliability - FTKs are just that bricky.
The comments have two slightly different builds of this deck, both of which are still legal in the current format. If you're just looking to play Ruinforce FTK, either will work, though I'd probably play the version which has the outstanding dog mary in it.

WTF!! 😮
Too bad there's not a current format build of this deck for advance play
