Dont feed them or show them any attention as much as you possibly can. When it starts to arise fight it with a positive thought instead. The more you do this the more natural it will become.

Hi love, I pray things get better for you. I've been struggling with depression for a little while now. I have found that Prozac works really well for my symptoms most of the time. I do have more good days since starting this medication than bad I have to admit. But unfortunately life never takes a recess and things happen sometimes that get to me sometimes but the Prozac has really helped me. Way more than Abilify did.
I was a firefighter for 7 years and i suffer from ptsd depression anxieties to public places crowds and people and 3 years ago i lost my oldes son and that put me into a deeper depression and the day he oassed away a part of me went with him and and during these three years its been riugh to go through everything by myself and watched friends and family walk away and tell me to learn to get over it i need to learn how to cope with it i need to move on but as a dad a father a human being how can you just wakk away and move on when i riased my sin to the age if 19 and watched his mom and docters kill him and i tried is hard to save his life and that carry with me daily and i have listen to Kevins speeches , his advice and its helped and i wished i could just set and talk with him and jaut listen. Hey brother was a Marine Infantry Rifleman for 12 years, did 5 combat deployments, was in some of the bloodiest battles there. It is easy to become manipulated in matter how intelligent you are, nor educated or uneducated you may be all of that goes out the window where love is involved love makes you blind love makes us make excuses good and bad love makes us do things good and bad love can make you reckless love can make you loyal love! We can love somebody based off an experience that gives us a feeling that does not become a good indicator for what love is that is actually unconditional it doesn’t matter what you do to me you could want to kill me in in Christ eyes we are supposed to still love correct? And when you start knowing one’s mind and how to predict or redirect their actions, then you were messing with fire because you were then playing mind control, causing a person to be an authentic and if not handled correctly and carefully it will become non-organic y’all didn’t have a fake person that you created and it can very well backfire often does so be careful.
