They have clients in different industries, some large and some small companies, some local others further afield but still in Scotland. Would you have any suggestions on strategies to follow for such a business? They do have a couple of other small offices in other parts of Scotland so not all the business is local... Thanks.

Around the 10 min mark, you pointed out a website that links to your website and isn't the best quality and wasn't very relevant either. Now in your opinion (or anyone who has some experience here) should it be an ongoing priority for website owners to try and remove backlinks from irrelevant and poor-quality websites or don't worry too much about those barnacles? Haha
Thank you! We have in our process to "Tag" what we would deem "toxic" backlinks. This doesn't mean we'll work to remove or disavow them. It's just to create awareness. In general, link loss should be avoided (even with lower quality links)

I hold a high ranking with just two backlinks, leading me to believe that backlinks may no longer hold the same significance they once did.

So I do have a question I have a niche Rank and rent website, would a chamber of commerce link be a powerful relevant link for a website like that?
It won't massively move the needle, but it's a link from a trusted entity and you should get it
