I am so excited about making this teddy bear. I've never made a doll of any kind before. Thank you so much for the pattern. I have a question, I hope I understood you correctly; when you say on the leg "cut 2 1 rev" you mean cut 2 pair with the pattern face up and 2 pair with the pattern in reverse or face down, for a total of 4 pieces, right? Oh, by the way. I made the sewing machine pin cushion, and it came out beautiful. Thank you for that pattern. 💐
This is the most informative and clearly illustrated tutorial I have ever watched! Kudos to the instructor. I am looking forward to watching all of your tutorials: needless to say I am a new subscriber! Thank you for teaching us your methods.
Lisa when I started bear making, there were very few bear making supplies in South Africa. But then I found paradise at Teddy Tech in Durban, and Honeydew Bears in Gauteng (Johannesburg). And bought so much from them. I entered Teddy bear heaven. Oh boy what wonderful memories from these charming ladies. 🤩An Old Girl in KZN SOUTH AFRICA 😍
There are many gifted Bear makers in South Africa, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting some of them in my workshops over the years. Just like you my friend!🥰
Thank you soooo much for this tutorial! I’m almost done with the bear for my gf’s Christmas present and I’m so excited. I decided to not do it Sherpa and just make it normal fabric by making your cutout lines the sewing lines instead to allow a bit more rounding out and it works perfectly. This is my first time sewing and I don’t have a sewing machine so I was nervous but you’ve been great at showing the details. I’m just having problems with the eyes…. I had no idea they would be so hard… but I’ll get there. I wish I could post a pic because I’m really really proud of this bear. Thank you so much for the video and the pattern.

Thank you so much for the pattern! I haven't made it yet but will very soon. It's exactly what I need as I am making a memory bear for a girl who recently lost her brother. I was given some clothes of his - if I use the t-shirt I was given, I will back it with knit interfacing first. I had a pattern for a teddy bear I had used to make a couple memory bears in the past, but I've been decluttering my home and apparently, I donated the pattern to a thrift store. I'm so happy to find a pattern for free - thank you again for your hard work designing the bear and for sharing it with everyone. It's very kind of you.
ALWAYS READY!! I wait for your designs to come in, I always know that they will be doable for all who are crafty no matter what level they are at. Your tips and hints just keep coming and are so so helpful.Stay safe and Thank you. 💕💕🤗🤗

Thanks so much for this pattern and tutorial - I just made my first ever Teddy Bear and it's actually lovely! (Okay, I accidentally chose slightly too large eyes but as my first bear, I'm calling it a quirk of it's character.) I sewed by hand and the bear has had it's first job cheering up a friend after a really bad experience today. Really appreciated the instructions being so easy to follow.

Hello, my father recently passed away and I wanted to make some memory bears for my future children with his clothes and stumbled upon your amazing video! So grateful for your work. Hey, love the tutorials and love that I can get the patterns. Hopefully it turns out I am very excited to do the Cuddle Bear UNJOINTED, however once I get used to making them and just get use to sewing I want to move into the JOINTED ones. Also the pattern for the jointed one came out without the bottoms being finished.
