Just sharing. Technically the whole Malaysia is having the same kind of system for JPJ. It is controlled by the fedeal government of Malaysia. Another way of trying to get the certification is. Am not too sure for foreigners like your case. But for locals to get such certification, you can google search "Commission of Oath" they can certify for you. Per copy is quite cheap. Less than RM5 per piece. If they cannot certify they can also recommend some lawyer friend to you. Hope this helps.
统一回答: 对车牌呢，香港习惯的讲法会叫"车牌"。比如遇到香港马达查车，马达会说"拿个车牌出来"。比如没有驾驶证或叫驾驶执照开车，香港叫开大胆车，新闻就会说某某被控无牌驾驶。。。。

driving license 若到期了就需要去 renew，每次去 renew 你可以选要 renew 1年，2年，3年或5年。到期后又再去 renew。通常我选五年的，那就不必时常去 renew，不过就需一次过给完五年的钱。

车 牌 = car registration no..... 驾驶 执照 = driving license..
驾驶执照到期时去郵政局就可以了 不用去jpj 如果真的不会做也可以去外面的敎车驾驶公司付一点点费用他们也有帮人处里这些关于交通的等等问题
