"Moment Of Impact" Falling from the sky and I have lost all track of time Every image of my life flashes before my eyes Going to the precise time of my demise My said prayers of circumstance have recently expired I pray in spite My soul my life Straining every muscle for my contact with fate I could never dream my life would end this way Cross my heart and hope to die Fade to the black Brace myself the time is now the moment of impact I pray in spite My soul my life My cross I pray Will Hide In spite I pray My cross In spite My fears of impending doom that I'm about to die Brace for (PAUSE) the shock The trauma Brace myself for the impact Brace for (PAUSE) the shock The trauma Brace myself for the impact I can hardly breathe I can hardly breathe cause I am choking on this deadly scream Brace for (PAUSE) the shock The trauma Brace myself for the impact.
The sad thing is that they were planning more songs like this one for Transgression, but apparently there were internal differences and that didn't happen. Transgression is already good, but with a few more heavy songs it would be better.
@@ACTIVATEDADNANSALIMI1969 No this song isn't that bad .. I just don't like the way they mixed and produced it .. I would say for the most part this record was prog rock more than quintessential Fear Factory .. Such as Mechanize proved to be ..
I personally think this is one of their most creative albums 😂 I've been listening to these dudes since I was 12 and I'm 32. Even the album art is good
Still hope for any chance of seeing Fear Factory playing Transgression songs again (ESPECIALLY this one). Some Archetype stuff already got the highlight (Slave Labor is back in the setlist, best song from Archetype!), so it's not 100% impossible
reminds me of some i used to know.. the fastest way to involve yourself in puro chaos is to get in a car and hit the road.. either you get pulled over and end up doin time at the worst possible time or you can meet your demise at the hands of an idiot or yet worse wreck yo self disregard the chiggity check part..
Try getting side swiped by a drunk driver doing 45 and shearing through a telephone pole and then rolling down a hill. Then spending a month in the hospital. You want to chirp? I braced myself alright. Not as good as I once was but I'm still here. Just please don't talk about that which you don't know....
Engel Bombenhagel Dino didn't play on this album or the Archetype album. it was Christian on guitar at the time. Although i do agree about Dinos playing :)
@GObrewers11 no screamo is a genre that came from hardcore punk and youthcrew in the 90s the screams are completely different this is more of a yell screamo would be scary kids scaring kids or something dumb like that this is industrial metal screams do not mean screamo
The problem on this album is that you can barely here the guitar the production is god awful and every thing sounds flat no wonder why the band broke up after this
+Jagger Mabry Transgression is just as bad ass. It's just very different and unique. So what tho? And everything sounds fine. This album is perfect and actually stands out quiet well.
@outlawformetal614 ummmm u have to understand what a screamo is first... screamos are metal with a screaming singer from the throat and it ruins the music
This band has influenced my life and has empowered me.
Me too man. Me too
I know this is old but this comment has influenced my life and has empowered me
jajajaja no mames wey
I wish this album and Archetype were on Spotify.
Pick up the CD. I know - outdated. But this is the only way to preserve the music that you want to listen to beyond the stupid license shifting.
I'm sure that fat POS Dino is the reason why it's not.
Yeah its why I am here lol
"Moment Of Impact"
Falling from the sky and I have lost all track of time
Every image of my life flashes before my eyes
Going to the precise time of my demise
My said prayers of circumstance have recently expired
I pray in spite
My soul my life
Straining every muscle for my contact with fate
I could never dream my life would end this way
Cross my heart and hope to die
Fade to the black
Brace myself the time is now the moment of impact
I pray in spite
My soul my life
My cross I pray
Will Hide In spite I pray
My cross In spite
My fears of impending doom that I'm about to die
Brace for (PAUSE) the shock
The trauma
Brace myself for the impact
Brace for (PAUSE) the shock
The trauma
Brace myself for the impact
I can hardly breathe
I can hardly breathe cause I am choking on this deadly scream
Brace for (PAUSE) the shock
The trauma
Brace myself for the impact.
I love the sound of this song. Probably the best song in this whole album.
It definitely is on this whole album. It’s one of their best songs in general.
The sad thing is that they were planning more songs like this one for Transgression, but apparently there were internal differences and that didn't happen.
Transgression is already good, but with a few more heavy songs it would be better.
It is
this riff is amazing.

Same dude . I didn’t really like it other than this song . Now I like it all and obviously still this banger 😁
This is actually the only track from their entire catalog that reminds me of their Soul of a new machine era. It's a great tune.
What...I thought...was LIFE!?!?
Christploitation, Bonescraper, and Oxidizer have some major Soul vibes
Good shit son

Check out the Ammunition demo.
I personally think this is one of their most creative albums 😂 I've been listening to these dudes since I was 12 and I'm 32. Even the album art is good

This song makes me angry as fuck!
This sounds like it belongs in demanufacture
Tlazocamati
Not a huge fan, but goddamn this song GETS IT!
I loved this album because Dino wasn't in it and they actually had great guitar
I like to imagine this song is about Buddy Holly.
What the FUCK HAPPENED to the BADASS VIDEO that came with this song. I LOVED IT.

There was a video for this song?
Whos Impact?...
@outlawformetal614 do you even listen to metal

i beg to differ of them breaking up they are coming to heavy mtl for their 20th anniversary
This was the only good song on Transgression. Also one of their only songs where you can actually hear the bass.
god dammit....
they would be so good if they just kept the screamos just a bit lower... dam waste
@outlawformetal614
