Hello bro , l have got same problem but in case of showing error code (fu.13) it's showing error code (fu.37) please tell me the reason why it's showing like that
The spindle lurches, or jumps, a bit when I turn the spindle on. This causes my closed loop stepper motor to lose step and go into alarm mode. I have to cut and restart power to clear the alarm. The problem repeats again when I restart. I have programmed as your video which corresponds with instructions from cncp4cc. I have the same spindle as in your video. Can you offer any advice?
Check the load: The error might occur if the load is too large. If possible, reduce the load on the VFD . Adjust the acceleration time: If the acceleration time is too short, it could cause the error. Try extending the acceleration time . Check the torque boost: If the torque boost is set too high, it could cause the error. Try reducing the torque boost . Check the power voltage: The error could occur if the network voltage is too low. Ensure that the power voltage is at the correct level .
Thank you very much for sharing this information. It was of great benefit to me.
I'm glad I could be of help!
Doing a bit of research on this VFD. When you hit the shift key

How to connect that one to main board
hello

I was never able to find that setting on the VFD.
