Today my respect for Thug Goldy bhai and Mortal got one level higher, the way they have managed things is incredible. May be dynamo had a vision, but he didn't knew how to manage things. Moreover I believe, just like any organization, owner suffers the loss and not the employees.

I feel like it all happened because they were not able to plan and understand how big of a task it is to run a bootcamp... And I am not blaming any of them not current hydra and not ex-hydra... It was just an unfortunate event which lead to the break down of a beloved group.

Kitna spend karna hai, kitna kama rahe hai and kya kya risk factors hai, kaise aur grow karna hai etc. sab soch ke hi samandar me koodna chahiye. Dynamo ksis bacche jaisa baat kar raha hai, tum itna do, main itna deta hoon, milke saman lenge. Aise org nahi chalti. Aise baat karke Dynamo khud ko hi ullu shabita kara raha hai. Vision hona chahiye, planning honi chahiye, plan b honi chahiye and proper management chahiye. Dynamo le loss ke liye bura lag raha hai par ye to hona hi tha. Ab Dynamo ko jo kuch bhi karna hai, planning karke karna chahiye.
1 cr subs wale ki 1 cr ki loss , and 2 lakh aur 3 lakh ke subs ke 2 lakh ke loss me koi fark gai kya . Apne apne jagha pe dono utne capable hai ki wo utna desakte hai ya nahi
