It would be cool if you made a system that could work inside a minivan! Also on the swiftcast, think about making trays that work with spey rods please!
What size T-Track do you need for this to work? Do you sell the T-Track? I have a bed liner in my Tacoma so I need to figure out how to rig the Riversmith and still keep the bed-liner. Shouldn't be to hard.
Larry, we do not sell T-Track rails - if that is your question. The T-Track hardware and direct-to-bed hardware comes standard with the solution. If your Tacoma does not have a rail, most likely you can go direct-to bed as demonstrated in this video. ruclips.net/video/PXJKnYTuYG4/видео.html If you need more information, send us an email at info@riversmith.com
Lawrence, great question. The interior of the liner within the tube is 47.2mm or 1.85". We have tested saltwater rods up to 12wt with no issues with guide size. If you have a specific rod and/or question you can always email us directly at info@riversmith.com. If you're looking for a discreet solution for your pick up truck, the River Quiver ShortCut with Truck Bed Mounts is it! - The Riversmith Team
Thanks for the comment. You can still have your rods fully rigged. Simply split your fully rigged rod in half and the ShortCut RQ safely stores your rods while maximizing real estate on your vehicle - and our rod chairs will help manage the line. If you have any specific configuration or use questions always feel free to email us at info@riversmith.com. Thanks again watching our video and for the comment!
Absolutely love the you partnered with Kuat on those quick release mounts. Absolutely love mine!

What is the inside dimension of the tube the rod slides into? I have had issues with other brands. These saltwater rods use very large guides.

I don't know, to me the main advantage of a "River Quiver" is to be able to have rods rigged.
