Love seeing the diversity of brands included on your channel. My love for Kringle lies in three areas: The Yankee legacy, the flagship store in MA (which is beautiful) and their special/limited edition offerings. The standard line = you're right; boring artwork, scents that aren't particularly inspired, but when it comes to special seasons and limited, they're pretty amazing.

Thank you for your honesty. I hesitate to trust the reviews of all the ambassadors.

You’re pickier than me, but I still love hearing your thoughts 😜
Kringle’s burn quality is what sets them apart for me. I never have wick, pooling out, soot, you name it issues like I do with Homeworx & BBW. I still buy from those other companies, but I like the consistency of knowing that soy candle burn isn’t going to burn me (pun intended 😂). I also like that they’re committed to being American made.
I did NOT like Grapefruit & Rosemary on cold sniff, but I actually love it when it’s burning. Mon Amour is a medium strength candle, which is good for me. Can’t do peach scents as my husband hates them 😒.
    Enjoyed hearing your thoughts!

On an unrelated note, you look fantastic! I’ve been following you since before your hiatus and you’ve lost a lot of weight! What’s your secret? Diet? CrossFit?
Also love Kringle candles, the daylights have always been my “sample” before committing to a full size

I’m new to Kringle, and have been trying their chocolate scents. I purchased Triple Chocolate as a blind buy, and was pleasantly surprised; it’s an authentic, decadent German Chocolate Cake fragrance. In addition, I ordered a few Daylights to try, and so far, Hot Chocolate is my favorite, although it smells more like a chocolate brownie to me. Lava Cake is way too conceptual for me; I swear I detect patchouli in it, and Caramel Chocolate smells suspiciously the same. On cold sniff, Coffee Shop smells kind of boozy to me, we shall see. Thanks for your in depth review, I was tempted to purchase these. I appreciate you trying them for us so we don’t have to.😊

I love Kringle, but I’m with you, most of these were NOT OK. 😂 I did like Mon Amour, but when I reviewed it, I said, so this could be 💯 a Victoria’s Secret perfume - it’s that vibe. No sophisticated French woman would touch this with a 10-foot pole. I liked Tea Time.
And I agree with you. The scent notes that look like internet placeholders for refined notes to be added in the future - very janky. Wrong scent notes, even worse.

Hi Josh - thank you for the in depth thoughts. Really enjoyed as usual. I too wish Kringle would pay more attention to their website. I recently purchased one of their painted 3-wicks because the scent notes were appealing to me, but when I received the candle, it smelled nothing like I expected. Checked the bottom of the jar and well.. .that's because the scent notes are nothing close to what is listed on the website (and the wrong notes are still listed for this candle as of this morning). I am loving the brand and am loving that Mick is honest and working to improve his brand (and keeping it here in the USA), but the website needs work. I've even had issues with sorting while shopping. Mick, if you're reading - Kent could help you with the website! 😁

Have you tried any of the reserve line scents? I have yet to try one of those.

Not sure if you’re still interested in vendor wax, but would love your descriptions for vendor wax! I watched your previous The Bathing Garden hauls and would love to hear your updated thoughts/reviews on the blends and other vendors.
Regardless, thank you for your reviews! Kringle is very hit or miss for me. Some of the worst candles I’ve ever smelled have been from Kringle, looking at you Sandalwood & Cade. I’ve really enjoyed a few but the conceptual fragrances do tend to get too complicated

Botanicals is my baby! I didn't love Cosmic cupcakes or cookies and cream like many I've seen. You still ain't got Juniper & Laurel 😨

@Samantha if it comes back, definitely scooping 2. Didn't enjoy the Juicy Strawberry, and I usually love strawberry anything.

Tfs. I tried tea time and didn’t like at all. I’ve tried a few of theirs but there’s always something odd about them to my nose. I’m not an expert but thought maybe it’s the soy wax smell😃

Thanks for sharing your in depth thoughts, Joshua. I prefer 100% soy wax for it’s consistently good quality/clean burns. Of the list you covered, I enjoy the unique citrus & herb (not rosemary) combination in Grapefruit Rosemary. I’m a Kringle Candle fruit & herb scents enthusiast-favorites are Sicilian Orange, Rosemary Lemon, Cranmary, & Iced Citrus. I was an English major as an undergrad; the scent notes also strike me as off…could use more precise editing. As gourmand scents are not my preference, much of the Spring/Summer collection isn’t appealing to my nose. Musk in cake? 🙄 I would really appreciate a beach scent without coconut. Yankee’s Beach Walk (without a powder note) is a close best beach scent, IMO. I share most of your thoughts/impressions. I try to offer constructive feedback instead of mean criticism. I would welcome the opportunity to provide feedback on great scents. I’d love to write scent descriptions/stories. That would be satisfying & fun. 😉 I stand beside Kringle for their made in the USA candles as well as Mick’s transparency & openness to customer feedback. As always, thank you for sharing. R☘️

With all due respect, you should burn/melt these before giving opinions. We know when heated the base notes should come out more and top notes less. One needs to burn before giving final opinions
