Levinthal's paradox is a thought experiment, also constituting a self-reference in the theory of protein folding.[clarification needed] In 1969, Cyrus Levinthal noted that, because of the very large number of degrees of freedom in an unfolded polypeptide chain, the molecule has an astronomical number of possible conformations. Now the formation of a life based amino acid is so rare and difficult that this is very hard to create one. and therefore Cyrus believed that Aliens have never got a chance to evolve and that's why we got the answer of Fermi paradox that why we have not found any Alien life?

I feel the mother nature you mentioned which is our Earth is a living thing with us and it has complex intelligence which is presently beyond human's wildest immagination. When human learn about this in future, we could be able to terraform other celestial bodies. May be for that level intelligence, it's fraction of seconds to get the right combination which will take millions and billions of years with present human capabilities.
The problem is, another paradox. We are trying to find our twins(carbon based creatures) especially amino rich aliens. But we need to understand is there can be unimaginable bases for life. Carbon is the only element which is good at forming life( as told in one video) but carbon CAN have other partners to do so. The paradox is Carbon is important for life. Carbon can't make molecules with everything at a certain temperature and pressure. Carbon can form lots and lots of combination. We don't know anything similar to amino acids. (By carbon) We can't simulate all the possible molecules (by carbon). (Main thing-) If carbon can make molecules easily with others then why didn't it made us. If not then there are no aliens. If there are no other living being, then it's a high possibility that our world is a simulation. (Why does this universe exist if there is only humans) If it's a simulation, the bonds are not naturally good for life. If that's so, what is the point of our investigation? 😂😂😂😂
