I want Salt Papi to maximize the years he can make money in the game. With that said, at already 29 years old he is in his athletic prime. He isn't a young 22, 23 year old. At almost 30, he needs to clean up the diet and have somebody close to him explain to him that nutritious foods can prolong his career by aiding recovery and cutting down inflammation. I've seen all his videos to know that nobody is in his ear telling him to clean it up. Fried food throughout the training camp, cake the night before the fight, candy in the dressing room... I know it's entertaining and all, but the killers that manage to stay at the top of the game don't eat like this. I'm sure even a dude like Jake Paul has a chef and nutritionist monitoring what goes into his body.
