It is available on vinyl. You can't make a true FDR release on CD, because CDs are limited to 16-bit audio. Audio DVDs support 24-bit, but they're kinda unpopular and unlikely to sell well, thus a digital download or vinyl are your best bets.

@@Admiral_Bongo Yes you can. CDs have more dynamic range than vinyl. 16-bit digital still has a lower noise floor than vinyl.
@@happiness1772 If it's an EP or a very short album, true. Otherwise, the file size is likely to be too high. And most CD players don't play 24-bit audio.
