We forget that they are still boys really. They started this journey at the ages of like 14-19. They were kids training and practicing 10-15 hour days to just be a little famous. I doubt they ever expected what they have achieved and of course it's was hard. But I was really taken aback by the fact that Jin felt it was safe to tell us. Usually fans never hear about any hard times until the group has broken up and are spitting venom at each other. For Jin to feel comfortable and close enough to us to say this means the world, at least to me. We are 15 million strangers supporting him and he felt safe and supported enough to say that. I agree with Celeste. ARMY don't feel sorry, feel proud of the strong men who choose to put their faith and trust in us! Feel happy that we can be there for them as they and their music has been here for us!

I am a 40 year old grown ass woman and I have been crying since yesterday because of these guys. I have been an ARMY for two years and I have a nine year old son. When you have kids you think, I have to teach them to be kind, honest, openminded, just, you know, help them become a decent human being. I had never thought of teaching my son the most important thing, which is to love himself. BTS are the ones that made me instill that into him, and for that I will always be grateful. And, to quote the wise Min Yoongi, "Love yourself, love myself, peace".
I felt so guilty this morning I couldn’t stop crying for 3hrs. I always say that I want them to come to where I live, Run episodes to come back etc but that the end of the day they’re humans just like us and sometimes I think I forget that. I hope they take all the rest they want and work on themselves and be with their loved ones

The strangest thing is throughout the whole 4 years that I’ve been with BTS I’ve never ever realised that they might disband because of the amount of pressure they have put on them. I know they’re suffering and it’s hard so I was there all the time making sure they’re happy and everything but I never ever thought of them disbanding. Now, I understand it could happen. But they realised it’s not the time right now. They have such nice personalities. They want ARMY’s to be happy and sometimes they don’t think of themselves. And then us ARMY’s want them to take care of themselves as well. Let’s continue to be there for BTS even if they go on a long break let’s shower them with love.
It's been so emotional..But we all can understand what they were trying to say..After Her, AMA and BBMA they rose to fame that they never expected, then it is what's next, will we fall or land??Bangtan festa dinner really crossed my mind.These kinda situations make them so humane..At the end of the day they are all 20-25 yr old normal youngsters like us but got in to spotlight after years of hard work and struggle. Their life is constant pressure of spotlight, high expectations,darker shadows, antis, haters etc..they tried to give up but fought through the struggles,slumps, pressure and succeeded..It's a relief that they all have each other.. They have made their families and us so proud.I never looked up to an artist in this way..I learned a lot from them..Their humility,hardwork, patience, teamwork, kindness is what i will look up to and try practicing it in my life.. we should just keep showering love, supporting not overanalyzing their every move, it's already been done by media..We shouldn't be an additional burden. As fandom, we should just concentrate on Bangtan and less on haters, antis. 💜💜💜

Oh my God I have hunch that the Map of The Soul: Shadow comeback will be the era for alot of heartbreaking stuff for the ARMY. We're going to cry all day all night all years everytime we listen to their song. Because in shadow concept it's something their deepeat thought which had been forced to bury inside because of the environment in our life. I can’t help but tear up when I watch this every time. I have watched this serval times over and over, we all just...felt that. They got us, and it just reassured me strongly that I will stay by their side, and I know many ARMYS will too. I’m happy that Hobi, and all the members felt comfortable or trusted us to be able to share, and open up to us with this. Their amazing boys, and like you said they’re rare artists that only come around once in a very LONG time💜 I’m happy to have found them, and be in the same time as them💜

Aaliyah Smalls yeah i agree like i did not expect that. like i said in my comment just now i always thought of bts as a group that would last for at least a decade but to think they are already so tired they were thinking of disbanding it really grounded me and reminded me theyre like anyone else and can disband suddenly any day. it really reminded me of how much i love and respect them. it made me love and respect them even more as well.
What surprised me is Jimin, who comforted Hobi and speaks so well, breakdown too at the end. Their so honest talked about their insecurities, fear in front of - not only Armies - but public as well as colleagues. I saw Twice reaction, they too cries as they know how hard it is to keep going. Honestly, I cant sleep well after the speech and dreaming about desert and ocean....
Cry all you want, Army all around the world cried with them. At the end of the speech there was Jimin, Kookie and Tae bawling. Im so happy they didnt disband but also I want them to take time to unwind and release the pressure they feel. Will love them all regardless of what they do in their lives I feel like that they are members of my family.
They absolutely deserve every award they got. They showed how fantastic they are on every front, the albums, the concerts, the extra content, and My Goodness the award show performances!!! They give us soooo much and there is a cost. I pray that ARMY can mature more and more and become a fan family that deserves BTS by learning from their words and example, not worshipping or overly obsessing and not making them our entire happiness. Instead sharing their joy and sorrow, counting the cost, protecting them and making it clear that we Don't want to be happy at the cost of their suffering. We want to love them and respect them enough that they can have rests, breaks, balance and take the time they need to be whatever else they are too, sons, brothers, friends, students, boyfriends, actors, directors, producers, photographers, one day husbands and fathers. I want them to do it all and share it as much as they want without ARMY being jealous, immature or too demanding. We have the purple ribbon protection squad, we should add a few initiatives to protect BTS from ARMY who get mean, selfish and immature to the point it hurts our boys and to protect from BTS and Bighit from not taking the time to rest and give the boys freedom and time to be just Namjoon, Soekjin, Yoongi, Hoseok, Jimin, Taehyung and Jungkook.
This is like the international crying day for ARMYs, we have a solid reason to. I lost count myself how many times I have cried. I just wish ARMYs will stop demanding anything from them and just support them regardless of whatever they decide to do.

I like how they always want their performances to be even better than their last but that means they would have to overwork themselves which I hate. This year for me was the worst but because of BTS I was able to get through it with moments of happiness and encouragement. The fact that they considered disbanding but then still renewed their contact for seven years shows how strong they are. I cried so much and I’m the type to hold it in and usually I’m pretty good at it but....when Jin said that they considered disbanding I just couldn’t take it anymore my eyes are swollen from crying so much. I’m proud and I know us ARMYs will always be by their side. I wanted to go through the screen and hug all of them. These boys will always have special place in my heart even if I die they will remain in here. I thank them everyday for giving me hope in my life when I desperately needed it, when I would cry for help no one helped me but they did like a blessing to my life and many others, their lyrics comforted me, spoke to my heart telling it it’s ok I’m here for you and I appreciate that with my whole soul. These words aren’t enough to express the love and gratitude I have for them. It's easy to forget they are human with all the makeup, editing, camera angles, and perfect performances but every time they opened their mouth this year they were begging to take off the perfect mask and screaming their pain. Namjoon and Yoongi write their feelings and thoughts. Just think of Tae's solo lyrics. Joonie wrote them after they talked about how hard it was and disbanding, he wrote it for Tae, I think alot of the albums message , lyric and imagery was directly a response to what made it so hard to be BTS and that they considered disbanding. I think they chose to really try to change those things that were mentally hard and address them.
I'm totally with you on this. Sometimes I think the tune or beat of the song catches people and they dont get the full message. Then when they do intros, people get caught up in the image and theories and again miss the message. These guys have worked their asses off to help us and all the while helped themselves. They are truly amazing men. I'm glad to be part of all this. I'm SO GLAD they have each other to lean on and learn from.
This speech just left me in tears. The fact that BTS can speak about their hardships and challenges with us is so, so precious. They really deserve the universe and more, and all the members have worked to their limits for us. But we have to remember that our seven boys are human too. A.R.M.Y needs to be strong to support them against haters, antis. Why do ship wars and hatred for other members even exist? It should also hopefully remind people just how hard they work all the struggles they endure, just how much they care and how much it matters to them to always put on their best performance no matter what! It totally isn't just about success and money when it concerns BTS!!! Of course they would need to reevaluate to rethink things over and reflect inwardly which is never an easy thing yo do! There's been a lot of times in the 2nd part of this year where they got emotional at concerts. Like Newark Day2 when I saw Jimin and Hobi holding back tears. They were realizing how glad they were to be together and that they would have missed us. They are so overwhelmed by the love we ARMY give them. 💜💜💜💜💜
I like that they’re is a position now where they can share that they went through this early in the year with us now. As you mentioned, they resigned the contract. They went through this hardship and decided to stay together and bless us for 7 more years. We just need to support them in this journey together.
I truely hope they get more opportunities to rest and relax. I hope the other Idol Groups see their sincerity and treat them with respect and camaraderie that they deserve. I hope that Korean Pop Culture becomes less competitive because Art is not being the best or being perfect. BTS have shown the KPOP COMMUNITY that their art is about moving people; about touching the soul!

As a new Army who just joined the family I think 2 months ago. I feel really loved since I came into the family and I've never cried so much in my entire life as I was watching this speech and like you said Bts is under alot of pressure 24/7 and I also feel spoiled with such hard working Artists and I feel an emotional connection with Bts and they've been through alot from what I've seen on RUclips and Twitter and so on they struggled Alot and I feel proud to see that our boys are doing well and now they need some rest. your comments at the end reflect exactly how I feel, in every way. watching the speech itself was very very emotional, and I did cry, but at the end I also felt so much pride, and I could sense their relief and their joy and their immense love for each other, and it made me feel those things, too. I was a little surprised that so many people felt so incredibly sad; perhaps it was a reality check for a lot of people? but, I mean... as you said, this life is REALLY hard, and these boys are young, and these contracts are long. the pressure on them is immense in many ways and from many directions. contract renewal also means they'll have to face the difficulty of military-related hiatuses. considering everything, the fact that they chose to continue speaks volumes. so take heart, everyone. this speech wasn't one of tragedy. it was one of triumph.
After this speech I realized that we can't take them for granted, because they only show us a fraction of their pain. From now on we will support them 100x harder knowing what has happened during the beginning of this year. The pressure, stress and their own/our expectations they are under is overwhelming and frightening. It is absolutely heartbreaking, but since they rose to a huge and unexpected fame, they have been received with nothing but; doubts by a media (korean and ww), they have been named as only sns idols, their name is used to uplift others while denigrating them and so much more. With them saying "been able to achieve great results", it seems they may have believed it. They feared only being temporary, a trend. I really hope they know that we love them, and will support any decision they make. I want them to take everything at their own pace, and to not be pressured to release so much content. I also, I'm so happy they trust as enough to tell us something so personal. There was no need to tell us, they could keep it as their own secret, but choose to tell us. I love them so much💜
I bawled so much, I couldn´t stop thinking about how much they have done this year and how much pressure they might have had on their shoulders. As someone who is an ARMY, who is also on the same path that they are in, who is constantly fighting to get big in music, I completely understand the pressure and the tiredness of mind that comes with it. But I just couldn´t help to feel incredibly proud that they are still here, together, and that we appreciate each other like family does. It just gives me courage to stand up again and continue fighting for my dreams, even if there are tough times, physically and mentally. One day, I will at least meet them to say thank you for everything they do for us, maybe even sing or produce with or for them if I let my dreams fly big enough. I just aaaaaggghhhh I can´t stop I´m so happy to be an ARMY and to live in the same timespace as them !

I think I will always cry watching that speech no matter ho many times I've watched it. Also your little speech at the end was so well said and got me tearing up all over again. We have so much to be grateful for but mustn't take it for granted or expect them to always provide content for us.
I started tearing with JH speech, contained myself with Suga but broke down with Jin's speech. What's going on behind the scenes that Army has missed out really? We only saw the pretigious stages, the smiles, the laughters at their dorkiness while enjoying their songs....where in reality they are really struggling and pushing so hard. 2019 will be a new different era especially after their speech last night
So beautiful I loved how you said that they are not just idols on a pedestal that we look up to. They are just 7 humans that make us feel loved and make us truly love are self's. I have a friend she become and army this year and she is crazy about them like she never stops talking about them and buys merch from them and she puts BTS first then god and family. She was always going to church but BTS changed her. I'm not saying it was a bad thing but she is a complete different person and won't stop even if we tell her to. Thank you so much for this video Rosan, I got so emotional like you while watching Bangtan's speech, I couldn't help but cry because they went through so much behind the screen and yet always smiled and worked hard for ARMY. What got me emotional is them suffering and I can't imagine what they were going through. They are such strong amazing artists but also human beings who thought about ARMY and deserve all their success.

Hey, I’m new to the army and I’m subscribing to a bunch of BTS channels. I’ve knew about BTS for a while but never really listened to their music or seen how cute they are (SO CUTE BTW) and last week I was bored so I started watching their videos and ngl they are literally my FAVOURITE people in my the world right now. I still get a bit confused about who is who sometimes, but I know for a fact I will be a fan FOREVER. I have been watching them non-stop all day today and will never stop. I used to think K pop was overrated but after actually taking the time to watch BTS I completely take that back. ❤️

Rosan, I cried everytime I see this video. I can't stop thinking about how hard it is for them to continue to make us happy. The year that I have been ARMY I've realised last night that I've put the boys on a pedestal and I practically worshipped them. I depended on them for everything. I didn't crossed my mind that they are human beings too. That they can break too. That they can get depressed too and tired and anxious and nervous and all of the emotions we feel. Their speech really opened up my eyes. I love them and ARMYs so much, but I won't make the same mistake again.

They help me to be myself again, to love myself, to speak for myself. Because of hwm I found courage in social life. They are like role model. Like you said BTS is a rare artist that only comes around every so often, I have always wanted to see them on tour or meet them but, I was always insecure with the way I look. These boys have shown me so much and I thank them for that. Armys will always be there no matter what.
When Jin mentioned them almost disbanding. That absolutely broke Tae. He couldn't stand losing anything more. He lost his friends, both grandparents, a lot of family. He didn't want to lose 6 brothers. My poor bby, I just want to hug him and tell him it will all be okay.

I watch the speech before I saw this and I still ended up crying, but bro......... at the end......... rosan........ girl that hurt. That was so deep and so true........ bro you made the speech a lot more emotional. I had to pause and cry for a good 5 minutes. I truly love bts and I know one day they will break apart, but I still don’t like thinking about it. They weren’t the first band that I witnessed disbanding but Im certain I’ll be totally broken when they do. I still have lot to accomplish with them, like seeing them in person. The more I think about it, it’s become close to impossible, in my situation. But honestly, I would still be happy because nobody has ever touched my heart like they have. I think BTS doesn't want to take a long break. They want to perform for fans and sing on a stage. It's their job. And they sometimes have a couple months before a comeback. To practice but also to rest and go to their family. They don't want to stop even with all the pressure. That they signed another 7 years is the proof they want to go further. They want to stay longer in the public eye and perform every other day. And they also don't want to lose ARMY. V said ARMY is the best gift ever. I'm not selfish. I just don't think they want a long break without performing in front of ARMY. Thank you if you read this far. Please don't send me hate. It's just my observation. Let me know what you think.
I completely agree and I've said this a few times, because they have signed for another 7 years and are now at the top of the mountain. They need to rest physically and mentally to be able to continue as strongly as they have been. They decided not to disband, but my fear is them burning out. Their music has brought me back from the brink last year. I'm learning to love myself little by little and I think BTS need quality time back home with their loved ones for awhile. ARMY will always be here waiting, we won't be going anywhere. I have a saying for BTS: A single arrow can easily break, not with 7 in a bundle and a whole ARMY!
Celeste hats off to you. I am so greatful for these boys and you worded it perfectly. They have been such a joy to see over the years. I hope they put themselves first from now on. They really have stretched themselves to gain recognition and for ARMY. They deserve our support, even if they're absent for awhile. If they take longer between shows, concerts, albums, whatever, I hope the fandom continues to support them and not pressure them to be "on" all the time. We forget that they are still boys really. They started this journey at the ages of like 14-19. They were kids training and practicing 10-15 hour days to just be a little famous. I doubt they ever expected what they have achieved and of course it's was hard. But I was really taken aback by the fact that Jin felt it was safe to tell us. Usually fans never hear about any hard times until the group has broken up and are spitting venom at each other. For Jin to feel comfortable and close enough to us to say this means the world, at least to me. We are 15 million strangers supporting him and he felt safe and supported enough to say that. I agree with Celeste. ARMY don't feel sorry, feel proud of the strong men who choose to put their faith and trust in us! Feel happy that we can be there for them as they and their music has been here for us!

I am a 40 year old grown ass woman and I have been crying since yesterday because of these guys. I have been an ARMY for two years and I have a nine year old son. When you have kids you think, I have to teach them to be kind, honest, openminded, just, you know, help them become a decent human being. I had never thought of teaching my son the most important thing, which is to love himself. BTS are the ones that made me instill that into him, and for that I will always be grateful. And, to quote the wise Min Yoongi, "Love yourself, love myself, peace".

I felt so guilty this morning I couldn’t stop crying for 3hrs. The strangest thing is throughout the whole 4 years that I’ve been with BTS I’ve never ever realised that they might disband because of the amount of pressure they have put on them. I know they’re suffering and it’s hard so I was there all the time making sure they’re happy and everything but I never ever thought of them disbanding. Now, I understand it could happen. But they realised it’s not the time right now. They have such nice personalities. They want ARMY’s to be happy and sometimes they don’t think of themselves. And then us ARMY’s want them to take care of themselves as well. Let’s continue to be there for BTS even if they go on a long break let’s shower them with love.

I can’t help but tear up when I watch this every time. I have watched this serval times over and over, we all just...felt that. They got us, and it just reassured me strongly that I will stay by their side, and I know many ARMYS will too. I’m happy that Hobi, and all the members felt comfortable or trusted us to be able to share, and open up to us with this. Their amazing boys, and like you said they’re rare artists that only come around once in a very LONG time💜 I’m happy to have found them, and be in the same time as them💜

Aaliyah Smalls yeah i agree like i did not expect that. like i said in my comment just now i always thought of bts as a group that would last for at least a decade but to think they are already so tired they were thinking of disbanding it really grounded me and reminded me theyre like anyone else and can disband suddenly any day. it really reminded me of how much i love and respect them. it made me love and respect them even more as well.
What surprised me is Jimin, who comforted Hobi and speaks so well, breakdown too at the end. Their so honest talked about their insecurities, fear in front of - not only Armies - but public as well as colleagues. I saw Twice reaction, they too cries as they know how hard it is to keep going. Honestly, I cant sleep well after the speech and dreaming about desert and ocean....

Im so happy they didnt disband but also I want them to take time to unwind and release the pressure they feel. Will love them all regardless of what they do in their lives I feel like that they are members of my family.
They absolutely deserve every award they got. They showed how fantastic they are on every front, the albums, the concerts, the extra content, and My Goodness the award show performances!!! They give us soooo much and there is a cost. I pray that ARMY can mature more and more and become a fan family that deserves BTS by learning from their words and example, not worshipping or overly obsessing and not making them our entire happiness. Instead sharing their joy and sorrow, counting the cost, protecting them and making it clear that we Don't want to be happy at the cost of their suffering. We want to love them and respect them enough that they can have rests, breaks, balance and take the time they need to be whatever else they are too, sons, brothers, friends, students, boyfriends, actors, directors, producers, photographers, one day husbands and fathers. I want them to do it all and share it as much as they want without ARMY being jealous, immature or too demanding. We have the purple ribbon protection squad, we should add a few initiatives to protect BTS from ARMY who get mean, selfish and immature to the point it hurts our boys and to protect from BTS and Bighit from not taking the time to rest and give the boys freedom and time to be just Namjoon, Soekjin, Yoongi, Hoseok, Jimin, Taehyung and Jungkook.

This year for me was the worst but because of BTS I was able to get through it with moments of happiness and encouragement. The fact that they considered disbanding but then still renewed their contact for seven years shows how strong they are. I cried so much and I’m the type to hold it in and usually I’m pretty good at it but....when Jin said that they considered disbanding I just couldn’t take it anymore my eyes are swollen from crying so much. I’m proud and I know us ARMYs will always be by their side. I wanted to go through the screen and hug all of them. These boys will always have special place in my heart even if I die they will remain in here. I thank them everyday for giving me hope in my life when I desperately needed it, when I would cry for help no one helped me but they did like a blessing to my life and many others, their lyrics comforted me, spoke to my heart telling it it’s ok I’m here for you and I appreciate that with my whole soul. These words aren’t enough to express the love and gratitude I have for them. It's easy to forget they are human with all the makeup, editing, camera angles, and perfect performances but every time they opened their mouth this year they were begging to take off the perfect mask and screaming their pain. Namjoon and Yoongi write their feelings and thoughts. Just think of Tae's solo lyrics. Joonie wrote them after they talked about how hard it was and disbanding, he wrote it for Tae, I think alot of the albums message , lyric and imagery was directly a response to what made it so hard to be BTS and that they considered disbanding. I think they chose to really try to change those things that were mentally hard and address them.
I'm totally with you on this. Sometimes I think the tune or beat of the song catches people and they dont get the full message. Then when they do intros, people get caught up in the image and theories and again miss the message. These guys have worked their asses off to help us and all the while helped themselves. They are truly amazing men. I'm glad to be part of all this. I'm SO GLAD they have each other to lean on and learn from.
This speech just left me in tears. The fact that BTS can speak about their hardships and challenges with us is so, so precious. They really deserve the universe and more, and all the members have worked to their limits for us. But we have to remember that our seven boys are human too. A.R.M.Y needs to be strong to support them against haters, antis. Why do ship wars and hatred for other members even exist? Of course they would need to reevaluate to rethink things over and reflect inwardly which is never an easy thing yo do! Just the physical wear and tear of their body let alone the mental and emotional continual battles to la,ways be everything for everyone just about 24/7 never letting up! Not to mention all the responsibilities continually landing on their shoulders that is never letting up but getting greater and greater! There's been a lot of times in the 2nd part of this year where they got emotional at concerts. Like Newark Day2 when I saw Jimin and Hobi holding back tears. They were realizing how glad they were to be together and that they would have missed us. They are so overwhelmed by the love we ARMY give them. 💜💜💜💜💜
I like that they’re is a position now where they can share that they went through this early in the year with us now. As you mentioned, they resigned the contract. They went through this hardship and decided to stay together and bless us for 7 more years. We just need to support them in this journey together.

I truely hope they get more opportunities to rest and relax. I hope the other Idol Groups see their sincerity and treat them with respect and camaraderie that they deserve. BTS have shown the KPOP COMMUNITY that their art is about moving people; about touching the soul!

I feel really loved since I came into the family and I've never cried so much in my entire life as I was watching this speech and like you said Bts is under alot of pressure 24/7 and I also feel spoiled with such hard working Artists and I feel an emotional connection with Bts and they've been through alot from what I've seen on RUclips and Twitter and so on they struggled Alot and I feel proud to see that our boys are doing well and now they need some rest. I was a little surprised that so many people felt so incredibly sad; perhaps it was a reality check for a lot of people? but, I mean... as you said, this life is REALLY hard, and these boys are young, and these contracts are long. the pressure on them is immense in many ways and from many directions. contract renewal also means they'll have to face the difficulty of military-related hiatuses. considering everything, the fact that they chose to continue speaks volumes.

After this speech I realized that we can't take them for granted, because they only show us a fraction of their pain. From now on we will support them 100x harder knowing what has happened during the beginning of this year. The pressure, stress and their own/our expectations they are under is overwhelming and frightening.
It is absolutely heartbreaking, but since they rose to a huge and unexpected fame, they have been received with nothing but; doubts by a media (korean and ww), they have been named as only sns idols, their name is used to uplift others while denigrating them and so much more.
With them saying "been able to achieve great results", it seems they may have believed it. They feared only being temporary, a trend.
I really hope they know that we love them, and will support any decision they make. I want them to take everything at their own pace, and to not be pressured to release so much content.
I also, I'm so happy they trust as enough to tell us something so personal. There was no need to tell us, they could keep it as their own secret, but choose to tell us. I love them so much💜
I bawled so much, I couldn´t stop thinking about how much they have done this year and how much pressure they might have had on their shoulders. As someone who is an ARMY, who is also on the same path that they are in, who is constantly fighting to get big in music, I completely understand the pressure and the tiredness of mind that comes with it. But I just couldn´t help to feel incredibly proud that they are still here, together, and that we appreciate each other like family does. It just gives me courage to stand up again and continue fighting for my dreams, even if there are tough times, physically and mentally. One day, I will at least meet them to say thank you for everything they do for us, maybe even sing or produce with or for them if I let my dreams fly big enough. I just aaaaaggghhhh I can´t stop I´m so happy to be an ARMY and to live in the same timespace as them !

I think I will always cry watching that speech no matter ho many times I've watched it. Also your little speech at the end was so well said and got me tearing up all over again. We have so much to be grateful for but mustn't take it for granted or expect them to always provide content for us.

I started tearing with JH speech, contained myself with Suga but broke down with Jin's speech. What's going on behind the scenes that Army has missed out really? We only saw the pretigious stages, the smiles, the laughters at their dorkiness while enjoying their songs....where in reality they are really struggling and pushing so hard. 2019 will be a new different era especially after their speech last night
So beautiful I loved how you said that they are not just idols on a pedestal that we look up to. They are just 7 humans that make us feel loved and make us truly love are self's. I have a friend she become and army this year and she is crazy about them like she never stops talking about them and buys merch from them and she puts BTS first then god and family. She was always going to church but BTS changed her. I'm not saying it was a bad thing but she is a complete different person and won't stop even if we tell her to. I just wanted to let her know that Bts is human too and not to worship about.Their just kids making music with their hearts they are just like us normal people not some god. Please don't be obsessed with them even if you know their "Back ground story about their life". We may love them but I hope they can see us army's as their family or friends right there by their sides. I hope BTS will take long ass break as well because they truly deserve one for all their hard work. ♥️
Ps.She was born here but she want to Brazil to live there with her family, but she came back like 2 years ago and started to learn English again, but she wants to learn Korean but she can't even English right. I just wanted her to stop already. I wanna help her. 😔

Thank you so much for this video Rosan, I got so emotional like you while watching Bangtan's speech, I couldn't help but cry because they went through so much behind the screen and yet always smiled and worked hard for ARMY. What got me emotional is them suffering and I can't imagine what they were going through. They are such strong amazing artists but also human beings who thought about ARMY and deserve all their success.
And jimin said they'll come back in 2019 with a better stuff which I'm like no please rest like I feel spoiled like we all know that we are spoiled unlike other fandoms so I wish they took a long vacation and it's better for them and us for them to be mentally and physically healthy you know if we really care about them let them enjoy life let them date let them go out with girls like without causing drama or being jealous or whatever and I mean they are grown adults they need the physical action with a girl/boy maybe you know what I mean you know

Hey, I’m new to the army and I’m subscribing to a bunch of BTS channels. I’ve knew about BTS for a while but never really listened to their music or seen how cute they are (SO CUTE BTW) and last week I was bored so I started watching their videos and ngl they are literally my FAVOURITE people in my the world right now. I still get a bit confused about who is who sometimes, but I know for a fact I will be a fan FOREVER.
I have been watching them non-stop all day today and will never stop.
I used to think K pop was overrated but after actually taking the time to watch BTS I completely take that back. ❤️

Whatever that means for each of them. If they need a nice long break, I hope they can take it. As much as I love seeing them in concerts, award shows, interviews, Run, BV...I SO want them to not feel pressured or super stressed. I want their happiness and peace the most.

Rosan, I cried everytime I see this video. I can't stop thinking about how hard it is for them to continue to make us happy. The year that I have been ARMY I've realised last night that I've put the boys on a pedestal and I practically worshipped them. I depended on them for everything. I didn't crossed my mind that they are human beings too. That they can break too. That they can get depressed too and tired and anxious and nervous and all of the emotions we feel. Their speech really opened up my eyes. I love them and ARMYs so much, but I won't make the same mistake again.

I felt the same way to you. I'm glad that I'm born in the same generation as them. They meant a lot from me, you could say, they are really inspirational people. They help me to be myself again, to love myself, to speak for myself. Because of hwm I found courage in social life. They are like role model. I hope for my God(Allah) always protect this boys from harm. Although we're not from the same religion, but their belief to help positivty to the world is enough for God loving them. I hope they will find heir happiness and stay together as a family. And ARMY as a family too. I don't even care if BangtanTV suddenly broadcast the member picnic with the family or there's the first baby born son or daughter from one of the member. As long they are happy. I'll support them always and always be an ARMY. I'm glad to be part of this big family. Lets stay strong forever guys, happiness will not last and death will come soon, but if we cherished the moment and spread love and positivity to the world it's enough to bring peace to the people heart and be happy.

The fact that I am blessed to be introduced to them and that I live in the same era as these 7 great boys, I am grateful. I'm getting emotional so imma just say everything Celeste said, I have said to myself over and over again. And i couldn't watch this speech because Hobi (aka my bias) cries and I only see him smiling like a sunshine and I do know he cries sometimes but I never thought I would see the day he does so every time this video plays or I see Hobi's face as a thumbnail to this video, I can't control myself.

I watch the speech before I saw this and I still ended up crying, but bro......... at the end......... rosan........ girl that hurt. That was so deep and so true........ bro you made the speech a lot more emotional. I had to pause and cry for a good 5 minutes. I truly love bts and I know one day they will break apart, but I still don’t like thinking about it. They weren’t the first band that I witnessed disbanding but Im certain I’ll be totally broken when they do.
I still have lot to accomplish with them, like seeing them in person.
The more I think about it, it’s become close to impossible, in my situation. But honestly, I would still be happy because nobody has ever touched my heart like they have. Nobody has ever made me feel this way. They’ve helped me though my toughest time and been the reason of my happiness ever since.

I think BTS doesn't want to take a long break. They want to perform for fans and sing on a stage. It's their job. And they sometimes have a couple months before a comeback. To practice but also to rest and go to their family. They don't want to stop even with all the pressure. That they signed another 7 years is the proof they want to go further. They want to stay longer in the public eye and perform every other day. And they also don't want to lose ARMY. V said ARMY is the best gift ever.
I'm not selfish. I just don't think they want a long break without performing in front of ARMY.

I completely agree and I've said this a few times, because they have signed for another 7 years and are now at the top of the mountain. They need to rest physically and mentally to be able to continue as strongly as they have been. They decided not to disband, but my fear is them burning out. Their music has brought me back from the brink last year. I'm learning to love myself little by little and I think BTS need quality time back home with their loved ones for awhile. ARMY will always be here waiting, we won't be going anywhere. I have a saying for BTS: A single arrow can easily break, not with 7 in a bundle and a whole ARMY!
