I know everyone that reads this won't like what I am saying but out of all the sing I've been hearing of her I really think she needs to be more creative in a way to do her voice and she really need to stop sounding like she is nervous. Like these artists and the one's that are just coming out. I really don't understand why she has not been that popular and it sound to me she is struggling to reach to right amount of fans in order for her to perform and the VMA and other awards that they got going on. Really Pia i think you can do better then this😐😑 stop sounding uncomfortable you say you have been doing this since you were young you should be comfortable already
I know that you mean well when mentioning that she need to be more creative perhaps you might be saying this with her singing in general. As far, as sing the national anthem, it needs to be sung with respect and not altered to fit a singers style. We have seen /heard way too many singers try to make it their own and destroyed our anthem. She did a great job. I do agree with sounding like she is nervous. I just came from another RUclips where she sang Whitney's I have nothing and she tried to make it her own and unfortunately didn't do it justice. That is one of the two Whitney songs you don't change from her original version. I will always love you is the other one exception would be is the last three bars of the song most singers can't hit her notes, this is the only change that could be changed from the original because of it's difficulty. I was in awww thinking this isn't the Pia from American Idol. She has an amazing voice, what happened when she sang Whitney's song?

She probably was, indeed, nervous. But how weird to try to dictate how she should be using her own voice. I get that the internet is all about people out for their own instant gratification but she's a person and not a tiny singing robot
