Brilliant video mate - it was fantastic to see all this awesome life saving kit! As a filmmaker I just wanted to share a quick tip with you in terms of audio. I can hear that you've used the adobe voice enhance on some of the interviews to really bring the subject voices up out of the background chatter. Although this is a great bit of software that they are developing it sometimes can lead to clipping and making the voice sound a little robotic. What I've found is that really doing a deep dive into how all the levels and components of voice enhancer work may help mitigate this and get a more natural sounding result! Often with these things less is more and can lead to a cleaner mix. Hope this helps!
thanks for the message, I raised the mix on voice enhance nearly to 10 to try and hide the background noise from voices but also the amount of fans, engines, A/C and general noice coming from all the tech around each stall. will spend more time on the next one trying to find a more natural sounding level, thanks for any advice you can give.
Alright as a nerdy civilian I love that you've made this video! I'd get so much enjoyment from going to this show if I could, just to see all the STUFF and gear and vehicles! Maybe one day :)
Honestly I'd visit this just purely for the Keela stand alone! Some absolutely top tier kit there, I sat and worked out a few months back how much I had spend on Keela stuff in the last 8 years or so - it'd make you cry, but it doesn't matter whether it's daily wear or beast from the east, it keeps you warm and dry that's what matters!
Enjoyed your video Brad. Found it full off interesting information presented in a way that was easy to understand. Your presenting skills have improved to a very professional level. Production of the video was to a very high standard. Really enjoyed watching this one. Well done mate 👏
@@pepperroni6252 thanks for your support 👌🏻 my goal for partnerships will always be to try and work with companies that provide services or products suitable for the RF audience so that at least some may be interested in the advertisements.
Pausing it at 1:05 and 1:06 the Swedish flags are next to Volvo Flags which is a stand over the crossing point there outside. "The Volvo Group is a Swedish multinational manufacturing corporation headquartered in Gothenburg. While its core activity is the production, distribution and sale of trucks, buses and construction equipment, Volvo also supplies marine and industrial drive systems and financial services." This event attracts suppliers and converters from all over Europe. Thanks for watching!
@@RescueFit awesome. Would drone pilots be allowed to attend this sort of thing, or just emergency personel only? Ie a drone pilot with his/her own business and did say search and rescue, storm damage surveying etc
@@Autoselectguide That would probably cover it as long as its 'industry related' . You can sign up for 2025 now and see if that covers it. Theres lots of drone and VR headset type tech companies who exhibit as the 'tech show' is situated upstairs.
I'm not sure if they are still going to do them but pre-covid they actually had a annual open day which featured a fair few emergency services from the local area showcasing some of their equipment, another fantastic organisation to check out is SARA
999 is the number to call in the UK for the emergency services operator who would then direct your call to a service call taker. From my understanding in Europe the most adapted number is 112 which also works in the UK.
@@RescueFit 112 is the European number but 999 and the US's 911 will also work. If I remember currently, the mobile phone antennas across the world do not pick up 999 as a number you're trying to dial, like a regular phone number. It instead translates 999 and other emergency numbers approved by the country's communications regulator into an emergency signal rather than a phone call. Landlines don't seem to work this way tho. In Portugal, dialing a foreign emergency number connects you to an emergency center at a military base instead of the police centers, if I'm not mistaken, but that's the only difference. There are only two 112 centers so I assume they wanted a dedicated one for non-Portuguese speakers. That being said, this came from someone online who said they understood the systems and not from an official source, so it could be incorrect.
I got quite far through production until I noticed this, I would love for more people and children to come and see such a big collection of emergency vehicles from all over the country in one place. Maybe in the future they could have Day 1 for Private and Day 2 for Public?
The public would be better served by emergency services open days etc. where they can speak to people and find out about the roles of the different services.
Love those shows. The only downside is that you see SO much nice kit that you suddenly start realising that the stuff you get issued in your unit is....well, kind of rubbish in comparison. Case in point: work gloves. The ones we were issued in our unit are from Rosenbauer and they are, for lack of a better word, garbage. You have zero tactile feedback, you have very little grip and they are so bulky that you can forget about even slightly fiddly work. I got myself a pair of Speedsafe N5SPs - they are the polar opposite of the Rosenbauers at the same price (give or take a few quid). Rumor has it that Rosenbauer threw in a box or two of those gloves free of charge after a recent large purchase, but that is all baseless and unsubstantiated of course. Should anyone at Rosenbauer be reading this: You guys make really awesome vehicles. Keep doing that. Anything else...maybe leave that to companies who deal in clothing.

Nice to hear you made it too! If you see me next year come and say Hi!
I love emergency vehicles I go to meny open days I collect medical equipment and sciences equipment and laboratory stuff I do science as a hobby
Its great to go to open days and support local stations!
I would love to have seen a detailed walk-around of that brush truck behind you at the end. 😢
I’ve messaged Angelico to try and arrange that but this vehicle won’t be in the Uk for long before it moves to its home 🏠

5,5 tonne gross weight ambulance?
Over 3,5 you need an HGV licence.
It's time the public looses weight and gets fit...😅
Can I go in the cars?
National highways maybe?
Yea thats a good idea, ill look for a contact

Could you ask SJA to do one of there places
Great idea! I’ll try and contact a local sector 👌🏻

"wide load" on police motorcycle reflects size of many officers.
thats mean. and inaccurate. studies suggest 83.9% of Police Motorcycle Officers are Average Loads.
You sure your an ex medic, and didn't make a half hour video from the SP services stand....... Lol
Collab with heros next door yt
I’ll check out their channel!
Great advert for your free bag. The rest of the video could have benefited from the same depth of coverage.
If the industry is ultimately largely funded by the taxpayers buying equipment, then it should at least be public access.
