FYI : ENC stands for Environmental Noise Cancellation and it only works while you are on call. It reduces background sounds so that other person can hear you properly.

I used Bluetooth earphones of oneplus and proton. My observation is they send nearby envt. Sound to the listner. Like if i am washing my hands, noise of water will go to listener and he wont be able to clearly hear what i am saying.
