Red-footed falcon Day by day evoloution

Immediately after their arrival in the breeding area - depending on the area from the end of April to the end of May - the Black Hawk occupies nesting places in trees. They usually use old crow's nests, while occasionally prey nests are used.
Rarely, it reproduces on vertical rocks or in caves.
The litter consists of 2 - 6 eggs similar in size and appearance to those of the Rock Hawk, but slightly smaller and lighter. Spawning begins two to three weeks after their arrival in the breeding area.
The eggs are incubated by both parents usually after the second egg has been laid. The exact incubation period is not clear. According to previous data it was only 22-25 days, but now it is usually considered to be longer and was estimated at 27-28 days.
The chicks acquire plumage at 15-22 days and fly at 26-28 days
