It's obvious here that all leaders are more strict and straightforward. Ten is much on details both the dances and the details of each contestent, he remembers and can identify it all. Santa has a higher expectation. While CX often hadn't voted each group easily.
This episode really cements how good of a part Dali is to the crew. I havent finished watching, but this girl is so different from the first impression i had in the beginning of someone more cold, chic, etc. She's a big softie, and even more than that she just cares about dance and the people around her so much. Twice in a row already she's taken full responsibility of finding a way to make her dancer friends stand out in a way that saves them because she thinks they deserve it so much. I can totally see the desperation that ten saw bleed out in the last ep. And the thing is shes so dedicated that the other members with her feel things instead/feel grateful since she doesn't say a word/complain against them, which makes it even more touching. I'm so so glad i got to see her through GDC.

the amount of support I can give to Grace is small but to the people watching this show, in China, and in this industry that have more of an impact, please don't make the mistake of sleeping on Grace. She deserves every bit of everyone's love and support. Every time she shares her thoughts I feel like a piece of my heart is being healed. She is such a powerful example of girl power, it is breathtaking to witness her. I'm so glad I watched this show because I got to meet her through it. (lol not me crying writing this) The people who know her in real life are so lucky, I hope I get to meet her one day and I hope however this show ends, her career flourishes beyond her wildest dreams.
I'm not gonna lie I liked the original idea for this show especially since they were aiming to build a great dance crew which could have endless members. I also liked that if you didn't perform well you were not able to perform live but not eliminated so at least you had a chance to work harder and improve. Now I'm a little confused because it just seems like the format switched like THAT no warning but it's still a great show and it has my man Ten Lee so let's see what happens.
I saw someone said that cuz many participants couldnt return due to lockdowns they had to change the format. Maybe we are missing out on info since we arent on chinese sns etc

In this part, I like how this show added pressure to the remaining reserve members in the elimination round to push themselves to unleash their potential to do their own choreography and that doesn't only requires amazing dancers which I agree with Santa that they have to use their heads. My most favorite choreo in this competition is Morning's team! Everyone of them shined , all of them stood out, they showed each of their charm and specialty on the stage. Just so you know that the release of this episode was a good timing they chose "Woman empowerment" as their concept which somehow has a lil bit of correlations to the recent trending topic of "Tangshan incident" that rose a lot of discussion asking "how can women protect themselves? And who will protect them"?. GDC's purpose is to solely and strictly give a platform to "female dancers" in which Morning's team successfully showed the correct and complete routine that had them get full 5 votes from the leaders . Let me commend the first 2 teams: Moon really changed and improved a lot. I watched her solo entry on GDC weibo and it's jst sad it wasn't included in the official episode. My fave part in their choreo is the ground move since 3 of them synced, it was smooth and memorable like what Mashi said. Moon's cold beauty and natural swag attitude is cute, and I hope to see more of her different sides soon. Tbh, she didn't stand out from the 1st and 2nd public stage performances like I would only know that she still exists when Fei called her out for complaining on wearing qipao. I didn't know that she was actually boyish like Mao and Jojo. Lol Also, are Dongbei people are really fierce in nature? Their dialect seems to be the equivalent of Kansai dialect in Japan. Morning finally had a chance to make a choreo that she is very good at! Her aura has been oozing "girl power" since day 1 in which her attitude and temperament really matches Lexie's Mulan song. I just want to express my fondness to Guo Jiayu as she is the brainchild of this concept and formation. She is indeed the black horse of this program, she keeps on breaking through whenever you put her to whichever team. I know Cai Bing is already popular before she joined GDC but Guo Jiayu caught my attention more, I love her attitude and determination as it shows she really cherishes every moment to be on stage. Grace's passion in dance will show us that age doesn't really matter, I highly respect people with this kind of mindset. Also, Olivia and Triple-S Jessie shined in this choreo too and I rly love their expression that made this choreo a complete package. The last 3 teams have their shortcomings and only DaLi's team survived. Dali is very clever and creative as she has put many considerations creating a choreo that balances their level to conceal the flaws since the other 2 has weak basic skills which is similar to Moon's strategy. In Wuzzsi's team , I'd say it's only Haruna who stood out altho she is injured that didn't prevent her to pull off an energetic performance and GDC has been a real rollercoaster ride for her, I wish her all the best, I think fate might have different plans for her altho I really want her to stay but welp. Eventho Wuzzsi's team didn't make it, my jaw hurts from laughing cuz this team is just too funny, Wuzzsi is a natural comedian, even though she is serious and does not do anything it makes ppl happy and laugh. Last, Shuyi's team is just pitiful as it has the regular dancers selected from audition round. I get what they are trying to prove and goal on choosing the song and the style but it doesn't really suit them, if they could've just do some fusion instead of trying a whole new different genre and style maybe their vote result would be different, they should just focus on the style they are good at considering that they only have limited time to make choreo.
Still catching up, ha ha. I really like how the girls got to have the opportunity to form their own groups and choose what they'll showcase. It helps show us, the viewers, the bonds they've made and allows them the chance to try to show something they either haven't had a chance to show. Also, I really would like to add that I love what Grace said about respect, and how her mind has changed throughout her time both navigating life and just on this show. I'm glad she's able to explore different dance styles and see what fits her.
