Thank you for the share on this. Been thinking about aftermarket mirrors for my Monster plus...but didn't necessarily want to go bar-end. These look like the PERFECT replacement option. Thanks again!
Happy you found this helpful! I also didn't want to do bar end mirrors because I am planning to install the Pro Guard system on the handle bar ends. These mirrors were the closest in style the OEM mirrors but are much higher in quality. I've been riding with them for a few weeks now and no complaints.
Didn't think they would make that much of a difference, but I was wrong! Those mirrors look great. I'm planning on picking up a Monster SP next year and think I may go with these.
Yup, I'm still really liking how they look and the visibility is significantly better! The Monster SP is a great choice. If you end up buying it, you should definitely do a tail tidy as well: ruclips.net/video/qD0j9y_t-xo/видео.html
I want these mirrors for my monster but how do they compare to the stock ones with visibility? My complaint with the stock ones is that I can’t see anything from the left side mirror. My arm blocks the view no matter how I adjust the mirrors
They are SO much better than the stock mirrors. I also could barely see anything out of the stock mirrors. These Rizoma are highly adjustable so now I have functional mirrors. The style is great too - similar shape to the stock mirrors but much more refined.
Awesome! Thanks for the input. I started following your channel cause I picked up an iceberg white monster in August and am loving it! Keep up the great content@@Dr.MichaelsMotorcycles
@@jmking7 Super, thanks for the feedback and for following along! The iceberg white is a beautiful color choice. I just did another video yesterday about the 937 talking about the Ducati Power Launch feature - feel free to check it out if you're interested! ruclips.net/video/GwR8bVZVJao/видео.html
Thanks for watching! Sorry for the delay, I had to look back at my invoices for this purchase. The mounting kit for the mirrors is Rizoma part number BS713B.
Yes, the stock mirrors are very bad. They probably are more prone to vibration because they are made of a light, flimsy plastic. These mirrors have been excellent so far. No issues with vibration at normal riding speeds. They also have an anti-glare coating that makes it very clear to see.
These Veloce mirrors are universal, but there are others where you will need to buy a Left and Right mirror. Worth checking the manufacturer's website prior to buying.
@@Dr.MichaelsMotorcycles Thinking about changing disfunctional stock mirrors on my Streetfither V2, do these Rizoma Veloce mirrors need any special adapter? Also the key question concerns the visibility - it is really good? Thank you
@@kostyasolyar7476 Yes, they will need Rizoma part number BS713B. I currently have them on my Streetfighter V4S and they look amazing. Visibility is also excellent. You can actually see the view in my most recent POV motovlog video.
2:52 they also rotate (the whole arm) by loosening the horizontal hex 👍🏻
Correct! I've sold my Monster, so they are now on my Streetfighter and still look great.

Nice video. Thank you for the simple explanation on the improved adjustability of the Rizoma mirrors.

Thanks so much for your reply. Ordered 🎉 love your videos!!!
@markstubbs5332 thanks for the feedback! Enjoy the new mirrors - anything is better than the stock ones haha
Great result! Do they fold inwards? Or are they statically fixed after tightening?
Thanks, it's a lot better! The are fixed at the base after tightening, but the mirrors themselves have a little movement for smaller adjustments.
How well do they handle vibration? On my 950s the engine vibration makes the stock mirrors not very visible.

which mirror you went for? is it Rhizome Genis or sport? me, dont like bar end either.

Hi Michael where did you purchase it from? When going to rizoma website it directs me to a store? Closest is like 300+ miles away
I purchased mine online from CarpiMoto, an Italian company that offers shipping to the USA. Where are you based?
@@Dr.MichaelsMotorcycles Fresno California
@Dmakhija there are multiple US based websites that offer these mirrors but the price directly from Italy was the best I could find.
