You dont get 50% tenacity with Sterak and Mercs. There is no way League Guide channel dont know how tenacity items stack with each other

@tempermen6032 The formula for tenacity is (1 - ((1 - A1)(1 - A2)(1 - ...))) for "group A" items which includes steraks and mercs. So 1-0.56= 44% tenacity with steraks and mercs. But yea not exactly 50.

@@nimo6199 Legend Tenacity is also considered Group A. So at max stacks (20%) it's 1-((0.56)(1-0.2))= 0.552 or 55.2% tenacity.

Should also be note; for Skarner jg, alongside heartsteel, build titanic hydra. Gives you endless scaling damage, and pairs very well with his kit. Auto resets help a lot in skirmishes
Ok, so for 20+ mins my only MS on that Darius build is going to be Deadman's passive and my Ghost? I'm rushing what, pickaxe, maybe a longsword/boots and sitting on that until i finish it? Sterak's is great but I can't imagine playing this champ without phage passive, Triforce gives you Spellblade proc too, or Stridebreaker's active, both build paths are sooo much better as well. All he really needs is to stick to you, which is why those 2 items usually win out.
Also, isnt Sterak's simply better the later in the game you get it anyway since the AD it gives you scales with Base AD(aka AD from levels) and BONUS health(Assuming...you built any besides Steraks yet).
You have to consider the sample sizes with some of these builds. So many more people build Trinity than Stride, and both more than Steraks that a WR difference of 2-3% barely means anything. Def not that it should be the new de facto build(whether the literal best Darius in the world pulls it off or not apparently)
Early Sterakks is also really nice on Warwick for similar reasons.

I'm just going to guess that Riot asked you to try and make Skarner not look bad, because he is far from OP, or even good. He is too slow as is to be consistent, with his Q often guaranteeing that his target will escape when he self CCs. The only rush item I've found that kinda gets around his problems is Stridebreaker, since it gives him movement speed and an extra slow, as well as AD and HP.
2:50 I've been preaching this is ALL my Skarner O4A games, but they always decide to buy Sunfire first, even into all AP comps for some reason 😅
Like, if you want an AOE magic damage item that has armor, to dive turrets for example, take unending despair since it heals you too, AND the damage scales with max hp, so EVEN MORE synergy with Heartsteel. I like to take Grasp, Shield Bash, Conditioning, Revitalize with Cheap Shot and Ingenious Hunter. Then I go Heartsteel first, then Unending Despair next to put that Revitalize to greater use asap, then Spirit Visage (or swap the order if you need the mr first). Then I usually go Sundered Sky into Fimbul, since I like having near infinite mana in lane, being a jungler spoiled me lol
Oh, and obviously, Ingenious Hunter because, item haste on EVERYTHING except Spirit Visage, but Spirit Visage's passive buffs the healing and shielding that you receive, faster, with ingenious. I like this build alot! Although, I wonder if Sudden Impact might to better since his E procs it (I think) and gives you lethality for your E and your Q autos, and magic pen for your W 🤔

Nah for me its comet with liandrys rush and then ap tanky build. Ap skarner is way stronger then other buikd but i am happy noone cought up to it

No, tenacity stacks multiplicitivy, from the highest base stat. They dont add up. The highest tenacity most people can usually get in relatively normal builds is about 50-60%.

Unfliching with a full scale tenacity build is inefficient. No? U get stunned for shorter so u have the resistances for shorter too :/

Why would anybody buy collector on nillah? the most prominent collectors buyers as core items are samira and MF, both use its passive with better synergy cuz of their ult do dot (dagame over tiem) damage so the kill barrier is lowered and both do most damage with abilities (in early to mid, every adc does a ton with aa damage at late) while nillah has most of its dps with aa and q
Keep in mind that Steraks winrate is good because the Darius players using Steraks are actually very good and experience OTPs which know when to take it into the right comps and matchups.
Well yes, but streaks in general is a very good item, people start realizing it only about now

What're people's opinions on Skarner going for Warmog's as a pivot over Heartsteel? For when you're getting slammed and can't really proc the Heartsteel just like when you can't get Grasp.
Idk tank skarner is boring and meh. I played ap scarner with liandrys rush last patch and he is broken buikt ap. His w and r have amasing ao scaling and q and e also proc liandrys. Nothing beat me in top with that build
54% wr steraks agains 51% trinity force is not that measurable since that 54% comes from few players that build sterak first but almost everybody builds trinity first on darius

skarner just went 17-1 in my game literally 1v5ing their team under t2 turrets all game and never dying once, except for one team fight at baron.
he built fimbulwinter, sunfire, thornmail and kaenic rook.

Nah i tried tank skarner and its boring to play and just easy to counter. Liandrys skarner is so broken om him cause noone expects ap skarner and i won every game with it

@@Narekz No he meant jungle. It is insanely confusing and counterintuitive for the exact reason of "Junglers don't trade." It was for this reason that riot didnt even have heartsteel as a recommended item. But, it's proven so good as the rush item in jungle that rito is changing the rec items for jungle to include it. So yes, you should be rushing heartsteel as Skarner jungle.
Nah people are sooo basic and boring. Skarner with first item liandrys is the best. Won every game. Every abiity procs it and w does so much dmg cause it has so good ap scaling. After liandrys i go tanky ap items

Having 1% more winrate does not make a build OP
1% more wins 100% of the time
on the first look, it doesnt make the build op but if you realize that a single player in a team (usually) has 10% impact (because there are 10 players in every game) a 1% higher winrate makes a huge difference
And making a video that says "these builds are 1% better than average" will draw no views. So what's your point.

especially when the builds have significantly smaller sample sizes and are generally just built by one-tricks, as tends to be the case with new builds, thus inflating the winrate because the players are just really good on the champs..

@@ariz9683 yes thats how numbers work but dariking has been the only high elo darius rushing steraks in high challenger korea. it was almost a Dariking specific build for a few patches but now other high elo content creators like XYZ have been trying it out

@@Pastelbluesox yup i am. The dmg nerf on w is like 10 its not big at all. Scalijg is still the same and you can spam it when its maxed out. Also his q health ratio is biffed so those tanky ap items make q hurt a lot
