Get the new Bugatti, follow his path with a nitro chemist set and you will get sub 30

@Kim I use a XBOX controller for PC and can be somewhat challenging with the arcade style handling in the game.
I'd be thoroughly impressed if this jerk-off could do this run in under 30 minutes on a console(but on PC, it's just a cheat, plain & simple.)

I'd say this absolutely shows the max potential for a run. However, more for the lack of traffic than the graphics, I don't see this run as valid.

So that huge shortcut Sid had no idea about (the "supposed wreck"), it can be done but in full graphics, there is actually supposed to be a building with a dirt parking area. I think the reason he took it backwards was completely to avoid that, even though it doesn't show up well on the video.

There aren’t mods, graphics are choice, no traffic is random and he’s openly said he uses a wheel which is used in majority races world records
@@iburnie1 graphics were tanked through a 3rd party application to directly alter the game. (Removing certain trees and rocks) Sid literally said it at the start of the run.

This is why people don't like this game even my friends, its completely different play when you want to keep up on top of the tables, but if you learn the skills how and got all parts upgraded it gives you that satisfaction that you rocking hard, at the moment I am drifting with street cars for fun, before seemed impossible, you put time and learn how everything is possible lol

I don't do any shortcuts, cos I don't know any, but my best time is 28:58. I use a fully upgraded Bugatti Chiron police interceptor.

The whole shortcut controversy I think is a little silly, and I think it should be allowed. But manipulating and modding the game so you don't have any obstacles which gives you a huge advantage is absolutely cheating wtf

To anyone saying that no traffic is cheating, it isn't. Just like Wes said in another comment it is pure randomness. You can predict where the traffic spawns, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Live with it. This guy did a 23:10 with traffic just the run before it and had the pace to do a 22 with traffic aswell. It's just easier without it, if u wanna keep complaining then do it, no one cares about you being bad. Start practicing instead if it's "hacks" xD
You're forgetting that in some situations you just can't drive a race track without hitting traffic. If this game does not want you to set a record, then you will not set it, no matter how fast you are. All races with traffic are pieces of shit for luck, where skill decides at most 50 percent

the world record before the shortcuts updates was less than 22 minutes, and the shortcuts that he use in this video is just normal shortcuts, the real thing here is the grafics and the fact thats no traffic
I did 30 minutes first time in the chiron sticking to the roads like a normal driver, i play only for the 300k now after seeing how weak players in the crew 2 community are... i figured something wasn't right with that world record attempt imagine making your game look like trash to get a record... why do these people even play games when they can't enjoy them the way they was supposed to be played, and its not a controversial topic like you said, its just pure stupidity and laziness mixed with toxic behavior.
It's just a classic *CHEATER/NOOB* ; so there is *no competition at all* ; because when you cheat in a *REAL* competition you are *disqualify* and *ban* for the tournament 😪
Now do the same run on vanilla and then brag about it. Glitches and exploits(no traffic) and 3rd party software to make it mobile graphics gives such a huge advancement against vanilla game.

First race i did was this one and i didn't know how long it was it took me around 1hour and i was first for the first half but i got hit by a dumb driver and i finsih the race last position

It would be great analyzing RynoTheRaccoon's run, since he has no graphics downgrade, and is playing with a playstation controller, and this includes the time added by not being able to do the big cliff jump. But he also had no traffic, which never happens to me on a PS5.

I have had no traffic happen to me a few times and I am on Xbox now but it also happened when I used to play on ps4 (it died would have gotten another one but someone beat me to it.. and there was 1 Xbox and I grabbed it before another guy did..) anyway starting over is quite fun to do the new stuff that I haven't seen but I'll check out that video

Personally I think short cuts to say your the fastest or to be at the top of a leader board on a game meant for driver to play fair in a sort of community type game is wrong. It’s basically cheating to set a time. That’s unfair and you couldn’t do it really in a real event because fans would say your a cheat. So for me sportsmanship in racing is key because you are essentially playing a racing game not let’s see you can navigate on maps. A test of skill not a planning A to B game. The routes already there you just have to set a time and play fair. So yes it basically cheating and no one likes a cheat. But I’m not saying you couldn’t make a video about little tricks and stuff as at the end of the day it’s just a game that’s all it is,meant for fun. For racing a nice exotic car on road at speed against your mates in group is pure adrenaline and what the game is all about not smashing into cars or taking sort cuts because you don’t have proper skills is a reason why people have to cheat in the first place. I mean back in the day before on line gaming when all me an my mates played Need for Underground on two or four player split screen if any one cheated I’m sure the stressed out gamer friend sat right next to you would sure give you a dead arm or leg possibly even a punch too the face. So you see cheating probably goes on more because we hide behind a screen and would think twice if a hot head gamer with veins nearly popping was sitting next to you. So yes play fair because that stressed hot headed gamer pissed because the other guy cheated could be you. Do the gaming community and your self a favour. Don’t cheat and stress others out,,you and we will probably live longer.

I'm at the Salt flats around 18min mark. I had a no traffic run once, maybe saw 2 cars the whole time, my fastest was a 30:24 something. since then Its been a 31:50-32:20 no matter what car I used. Though never used the Chiron because of how OP it is to begin with.
