Summary: A 'short' 2.5-3 hour drive east of Umluj, Saudi Arabia, not only will you get to travel through the most spectacular scenery, through mountains, desert and even tropical-like landscapes, at the end of it all is Wadi Disah. During the dry season you should be able to drive a 4x4 easily up the 'wadi' (valley) river bed. Alternatively, there are plenty of locals ready to take visitors for a tour of what must be the greenest part of Saudi Arabia. A long way from any major cities, but a must-visit location!
