꽃잎 끝이 갈라지지 않고 매끄럽게 짜기 위해서는 우선 앙금반죽이 너무 되지않나
체크해 보시고 앙금반죽이 될경우 물로 되기를 조절하시면서 짜시면 되요
그리고 사용한팁의 좁은 부분이 너무 납작해 있다거나 스크래치가 있는지 살펴보시고요 모양깍지 브랜드중에 윌튼팁 추천해요
윌튼팁이 꽃짤때 안정적으로 잘 짜져요
그리고 꽃짜는 속도가 너무 빠르면 꽃잎 끝이 갈라지더라구요
제 영상에서 빠르게 보이는 장면은 2배속을 했기 때문이예요 반죽이 조금 되더라도 아주 천천히 짜면 꽃잎 갈라짐이 덜해요

They're all basically identical. Even using different tips yield the same result which is interesting. Not going to invest in more than one!
