This is the problem I have with Joe. Some of the sub talk I understand with corporate. Joe is looking at his whole stick as a show as a whole entity. But what tha fck he talking bout views aren't a borominter to how to negotiate is all the way CAP! Joe unfortunately has a seriously awful side to his personality. And that's keeping his crew happy. I will promise you atleast two of the podders on his show currently will be gone before spring. You heard it here first. It's something with his way of thinking. He can't get out his own way when it comes to talking business/contracts with his co-hosts. And listen I'm a boss with 12 employees working under me. It can be a tricky high wiring act at times. Especially when they your day 1 homies. He reverts back to tha old crackhead Joe and will talk like he is on the management side then the next breath he is there boyz who is looking out for them. I almost feel bad because I don't think he is even doing it on purpose at times. He just has that arrogant side that will come out on a drop of a dime and will unleash tha most fcked up shhh in one line. But a min later will almost pretend he didn't just go there with them. It might be abit of bi-polar I'm not a doctor. But what I've witnessed is Definitely a mental illness to some degree. But the guy on the other end is very passionate with the show that has his name on it. I believe he wants to keep the crew happy but sometimes the 2006/love&hip hop Joe Budden comes out and when then that shhh comes run for the hills!!! Other than that Joe is a smart dude and very witty. So I hope they all stay on for another contract atleast
Joe needs to structure and hire people for the business. Him and Ian get do everything 💯! Joe's platform has gained tremendously in a year or so. Sometimes you gotta know how to hold them and fold them. He should step back and revaluate the business.
