I can't believe you took the time to make a coop combo at the end of BP, must have taken ages.
Super agreed on Practice Mode (or at least selectable floors) being a must and hope it is a real shame that 5(SE) has no real coop.
I just wish Capcom Unity allowed comments so we could get traction on their site directly.

Considering that Bayonetta 2 had an online coop in the form of pure fighting missions, I am genuinely surprised that capcom never pulled that off in 5 or SE.

The fact that they added this to switch and didn't at least put a update out for the HD collection dmc3 kinda sucks. Shows they can do it and it should be in 5 considering 5 is the first game with online coop

Part of me wonders what would have happened if Virgil and Dante ran the Devil May Cry shop together. I'm pretty sure these jobs would be done a lot easier, and it just feels right

The biggest wonder I have is Vergil's hypothesis at the end of 5. What if the two of them had switched places and had each others life? Would Vergil become a Devil Hunter for hire and Dante a lone warrior seeking power?

probably because its probably more complicated in DmC5
in DmC3 theres a Secret doppelganger cheat that if you activate Doppelganger and a 2nd player presses Start on their controller, itll allow them to control the doppelganger however they want it.
that indicates it has more or less, a bit of coding that allows them to easily start making local multiplayer.
plus its an age old game,meaning less strings to avoid so its easier to edit

After how Devil May Cry 5 ended I kinda hope this is possible in the 6th game as a main story option. Even if only when playing online. Actually that's would be preferable.

Это ведь незамысловатая вещь, чтобы вывести геймплей на новый уровень. Реально думал, что они после свич версии реализуют кооп и в дмц 5 се, но нет...

Wow just wow. Manage ASMR and Dongri teaming up. (Drools) Anyway great video and your co-op was just superb!
If they really wanted to go the Special Edition route it baffles me how on earth they couldnt bother with a coop mode in some form, let alone Bloody Palace. We could have had a more fleshed out Vergil story mode, maybe Trish and Lady as playable characters, some new features never seen or done before, anything else but what they did. 5SE is such a disappointing package all things considered.
I think they went the safe route, considering how bad the DMC was received, I think they couldn't do anything that would cost extra money or that people might come to hate the game

well the last game they made was 10 years ago and like i said DMC was very bad recevied, this is how bussiness works,they dont even wanted to do the game it was hideaki itsuno who asked it.

Everyone was incredibly happy with dmc5 even before release. And dmc5 has re6 style random coop, they just didnt commit to coop because they wanted to focus on the singleplayer gameplay, which is good, but also a bit sad.

I want DMC6 to take this into consideration bc in 5 u had missions where u partner up with someone but it was random in mission 13 u could’ve did a good coop mission but i think dmc should try it as a difficulty vs as a coop game story wise like u beat the game now play the story coop but it’s 5x harder with 3x the enemies like legendary dark Knight mode and bloody palace should deff have coop it could be 2-4 players i think it could work and be fun especially with the combos but i feel like the bosses would be a cakewalk i wouldn’t mind it tbh i think it would be fun also bring back Lucia and the whole different characters 2 different stories and bosses

Honestly, the most baffling thing to think about is that they managed to add Co-Op to a game as old of DMC3, but DMC5, a game already made with Co-Op features got shafted not once but TWICE
DMC5SE is by far the weakest and laziest SE they have made yet and honestly I'm concerned if that's gonna be the norm from now on since we're talking about Capcom

Отчасти с Вергилием сработало. В принципе организованная группа людей только лишь социальным давлением может добиться многого. Это как митинге, только в другой плоскости
@@QRpeach да не отчасти, а полностью. И то лишь потому, что им с первого же дня начали все писать: "Какого хрена Вергилий не играбелен?!". А так Капкомы сразу сказали "Разработка игры завершена, идите в жопу, мы вам ничего не должны". Не писали бы люди столько, не было бы "спец"издания ДМС 5.
