I Work at ups and I found a box with 12 pounds of fire tree did my services of taping it up to hide the smell and made sure it got to the right destination.
Worked at Fed ex for 8 years . On the belt , everyday ... The dea would have a agent with a dog once a month ( at least) . Over the course of almost a decade I picked there brains . Here's what they look for. They have 10 things they looked for to flag a package. I will tell you the top 3.. Number 1 is excessive TAPE on the package. Do not tape the box up . Use a regular box... Number 2 is multiple deliveries to same address in a short timespan... You want to ship once a week and on the same day. 3 is the demographic of the area shipped. Meaning don't ship to a known drug hotspot. Don't ship to random house use a business in a nice part of time or make bogus business name in nice part of town.. 3 is cross contamination of the package . I was taught a drug dog smells like we see. If they smell beef stew they smell the carrots, celery, beer stock, beef pepper, salt, all as if we see it . With that said a airlock bag will still leak out sent through the plastic. It will slow the detection of the dog if done properly but most fail to properly package. You must use gloves and a piece of paper to get the drugs into the bag, change your gloves to seal the bag. If not your airlock bag is useless. Freezing the drugs inside ice or inside a fish is the second best way the first and only thing a dog can't smell through is a masion jar that's been sealed and cleaned under boiling water......
